These documents need to be SIGNED for your booking to be completed. Also, a clear image of your government issued ID (Driver License or Passport) will need to be uploaded. The Door Code will NOT be released unless Rental Agreement/POC are signed and ID uploaded.
- Primary Renter Must be At Least 25 Years Old.
- Detailed arrival information (condo door code, etc) will be provided via email three days prior to arrival.
- Max occupancy - 8 guests (regardless of the age, sorry, no exceptions)!
- With your rental we provide the initial supply of soap, dish wash detergent, trash bags, and the toilet paper.

Fabulous stay

This is our 3rd year at Tidewater and we have always enjoyed our stay. Communication with the propery owner was great. The facilities are wonderful and the staff is the best. Ready for our next visit.

Great property with great owners. We were contacted the day of our arrival by the owner to make for an easier check-in. There were a couple of small issues with the condo but nothing too major. A number on the key pad didn't seem to want to work and the washer/dryer was needing repair, which the owner scheduled during our stay. Although the dryer still took about 3 cycles to dry clothes. But overall, we had a great vacation in a very nice condo.

Great location

We loved everything about our stay but the elevators. The location was great and the unit was exactly as listed. If it weren’t for the elevators we’d definitely stay there again.

Great location

Location was great. Elevator situation on the condo is a bit frustrating. During high peak times, you could wait on an elevator 30 minutes or more. Condo said it had a hair dryer, but we couldn’t find one. Overall experience was good and the location and view was amazing. This condo could use a little decor upgrade. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Location is GREAT!

Pros: The location is exactly what we wanted!!! It’s on the beach and close to the pier! The owners were great and communicated even when they were on vacation AND at 2 AM in their location!!!!Cons: Check your SPAM/Junk mail! We missed the required document for Tidewater and had to pay a last minute fee. This was booked last minute, so we probably would have had to pay the additional fee, but we had no idea! The fee is based on the number of bedrooms. I paid for a 3 bedroom, but I think this is technically a 2 bedroom condo. They put bunk beds in the hallway to the bathroom and a curtain as the door. It was fine for our last minute stay. The elevators were not all working. It was random which elevator was working. The pools were FREEZING, even the “indoor heated pool”. We walked around bare footed in the condo the first night and ended up with nasty feet! Probably because we are on the beach but still YUCK! We wore shoes the rest of the stay.

Room was exactly as described. Being on 25th floor we were able to watch dolphins, hammer head sharks, stingrays, sea turtles, as well as other fish swim up the coast every morning.

Perfect Family Rental

We booked this condo last minute for our family for Spring Break. The condo was spacious, had everything necessary for a beach vacation and was a prefect location for daytime fun, family restaurants and nightlife! We will definitely book again!

Beautiful Condo with Great View

My family and I enjoyed our stay. This condo was large enough to comfortably sleep our 9 guests. It was very clean and well maintained. There is a lot to do on the property and we was close to everything…Pier Park was hit. We will definitely stay again. Oh and the food from the property restaurant was very delicious.

Awesome Experience!!!

Everything was great location, condo, beach, shopping, restaurants all within walking distance. I was concerned about other comments on the elevators being slow, but had no issues at all. Plan to come back next year!!!

We dreamed of having a vacation beach home for years. Both of us are originally from Central Europe and we had a chance to travel all over Europe to many exotic beaches before coming to the United States. We fell in love with charming Panama City Beach, FL from the first sight and started looking for a vacation home. We found a condo that was kid-friendly, had a great neighborhood, was located in a resort with modern amenities, and had so much space - a requirement for us and our three kids.

The setting is spectacular. The sunsets are amazing as well as the sounds of the waves and wild life below. There is an awesome view of the Pier and you can sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins and boats in the distance. Tidewater is a luxurious resort with pristine beach and great amenities. You will find everything you might need for your perfect vacation right here: two huge Lagoon Pools with Jacuzzi, heated Indoor Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Fitness Center, Theatre, Restaurant, and much more. Spending a vacation at the beach satisfies our needs for the salt air, white sand and turquoise blue water. It's a place like no other in Florida. The ocean-front view is magnificent! It is simply breathtaking, and none of the pictures can capture the beauty of the nature well enough to show it.

We love spending time in our vacation home in PCB and we hope you will enjoy your stay in our condo as much as we do!

This condo is our vacation home, and we decorated it with love and care. We chose a tropical design because we feel comfortable in bright happy colors; we think it is a great getaway from a sophisticated look of a city. The condo has modern appliances, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV/Cable/DVDs in each room, and most importantly, it is child-proof. It is the ideal place to relax and unwind or have the time of your life as you enjoy the many nearby activities. When you feel like exploring, take a short drive to one of the many exquisite beaches along the shore. Panama City Beach offers a variety of entertainment. There is something to do for every member of your family. While you might enjoy snorkeling, diving or parasailing, your kids can visit animal parks, pirate ships, giant slingshots, or go-carts. Are you a golfer? There are five championship golf courses in the area. There are museums, movie theaters, great shopping. And yes, we are only 1/3 of a mile from the famous Pier Park!! When the sun goes down, PCB lights up with an enticing array of after-dark entertainment options. There is a glittering variety of wine and sport bars, restaurants, dance clubs, jazz venue and much more.
