Come enjoy your beach getaway in this large condo that's perfect for a group of up to ten! The full kitchen is equipped with all of the utensils needed for a home-cooked meal and you can enjoy the beautiful view while dining in the sunroom overlooking the sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. With this marvelous, oceanfront retreat, you will also have access to Edgewater West's outdoor pool, charcoal grills, outdoor shower, and beach access!

When you aren't relaxing on the beach, you can find plenty of delicious places to eat, local shopping, and fun activities less than two miles from the condo. Take a day to explore the Alabama Gulf State Park, only three miles away, with various trails, fishing, kayak rentals, and bicycle paths!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Family vacation

This property was in the perfect location and very spacious for our family. It was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed for a short visit.The layout was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again.

We will definitely be back!!!

This condo met all of our needs!!! The location close to the beach, the location close to the stairwell, and being on the second floor was great for our family with multiple children! Would definitely be looking for this condo next year on our yearly trip back!! Thanks for a great rental and a great time!

Beautiful Property!!! Excellent Location.

Best Spring Break ever in a beautiful resort just feels from the beach. Large room that are beautifully decorated. Very good and convenient location that is close to all major events and surrounding cities. We will be back very soon. We will recommend this property to friends and family.

Great location on Second Floor

Overall, I had a good experience staying at this condo. The location was excellent—convenient and close to everything I needed, which made getting around super easy. The space was clean and comfortable, and it had most of the amenities you'd expect. A couple of minor issues: the back room was a bit warmer than the rest of the condo, which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable at times, and the coffee pots could use a good descaling. That said, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise pleasant stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again for the location alone!

Fantastic Vacay!

I loved that this home was located on the end of the building. There was little to no noise from neighbors. The view from the sunroom was spectacular, my grandchildren loved watching the dolphins from there.

Checking was easy. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils and silverware but absolutely not one spice. Not even a salt and pepper shaker. The garbage disposal was clogged up and the dishwasher kept draining in the sink and some nasty stuff was coming up. And absolutely refused us late check out no matter what. Location was great and size was what we needed but not sure we will stay again.

Great stay!

We didn't originally book this condo. The one we booked had issues, and we got switched to this one. It was a great switch! The condo is on the second floor so it wasn’t hard to carry stuff up and down. The walk way is right on the beach. It was a very family and kid friendly area. We intend to book again in the future for our next family vacation!

Needs some maintenance

We could tell it was an older rental, could use an update and a very good cleaning. We had problems with a rodent on the 2nd night, only plus about this rental is that it is in a great location!! It does have potential to be a great place to stay!!

Couldn’t get any closer to the beach! Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of 6. Place was clean. Great view. The complex kept the outside area clean and well maintained. The actual condo was well stocked with kitchen items, lots of seating, and games. Would go back in a heartbeat

Edgewater West 25

This is an excellent place to stay. It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is exceptional. We loved the enclosed balcony when we found out the windows slide open. The beds are comfortable. There is a bathroom for each bedroom. My granddaughter loved sleeping on the daybed that is in the balcony area. The ramp that goes to beach is tad bit too steep but very nice. We loved this unit and will definitely book again

Furniture broke down

The living room furniture is so uncomfortable. It is old and broke down and hard to get up from. We did love the close access to the beach. Just a few steps away. The beaches are however crowded

Great floor plan

Condo layout is the best I've seen. Access to the beach and center of town is great. One problem experienced was management's slow response to getting heater fixed. My guests would not have been able to stay in the condo the first night if it was for my action. I brought over four electric portable space heaters for the forecast 35° night. Inoperative coffee maker took two days to be replaced. Other then those issues, my guests loved their stay.

Nice place

We had a great trip! The room was nice.. the keurig didn’t work.. there was crusty rags left in one of the bathroom. One of the bed spread had gooey stuffed on it when we arrived. Shampoo and conditioners from previous guest were left. Some of the silverware was dirty when we arrived. The vacuum didn’t work good so it was hard to keep the rooms from getting to sandy.. the broom was rough and no dust pan. Some of the plugs didn’t work and the living room tv wouldnt work. The room was very nice and spacious. Most of the rooms were very clean. We loved the pool and how close the ocean was from our room

ROACHES !!

We got there the first night, and roaches came running out of a closet!! Next morning they were crawling on the kitchen bar and in the bathroom sink!!! It was so awful, I sat and cried!! Manager never got in touch with me after calling that very night, and the next morning! Told them about the roaches Everywhere, and it was just, "ok, ma'am, we will get to it". And they never did!!! Thank God, Vacasa helped get us out of there!! Just a nightmare!!! Sand on the bed , besides fighting roaches, and curtain had been pulled from the wall and laying on the floor !! Never again!!
