This is truly our home away form home and we ask that you respect it. New plank flooring throughout as well as all new cabinetry with quartz counter tops. Three bathrooms, the masters with walk in showers, and the hall bath with large tub. All have ceramic tile surrounds.
The large living area has a balcony overlooking the Gulf with its glistening water and white sand beaches. It is provided with a large Roku TV.
The front master has a flat screen T.V. as well as its own entrance to the balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and hopefully see the dolphins swim by.
The second master suite with king bed is located in the back for added privacy, and includes a huge walk in closet and flat screen T.V.
The condo also has a third bedroom with twin beds, as well as a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
You can enjoy the areas many great restaurants, from very casual to fine, barbecue poolside, or cook in the condos fully stocked kitchen.
Amenities include dishwasher, range, ice maker, blender, coffee maker, as well as a Keurig K cup coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. Full size washer and dryer also included. This family friendly condo has eight floors and 32 units, as well as a saltwater pool with sun or covered area, and exercise room.
