Tidewater Beach Resort sits right on the sand, conveniently close to Pier Park, with over 120 fantastic shops and popular restaurants, and only two miles from Frank Brown Park, where you'll find various sports fields, an aquatic center, and even a fishing pond! For even more outdoor adventures, explore the almost 3,000 acres of Conservation Park where you'll find 24 miles of hiking trails, picnic pavilions, and countless opportunities for wildlife viewing, all less than four miles from your front door.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 27.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
