This comfortable, beachfront condo offers spectacular views of the sparkling Gulf waters and white sandy beaches from the private, furnished balcony. This vacation rental features a full, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a living area with a desk and sliding glass door access out to the balcony. Guests will also have access to on-site resort-style amenities including shared pools, a children's water play area, a fitness center, and easy beach access.

Sunrise Beach is just a short two and a half miles from Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Take the whole family to the ZooWorld Zoological Conservatory, and don't miss St. Andrews State Park, just 10 miles away. Popular local restaurants are just a short walk from your front door.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 18.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very nice place to stay

Great location, clean unit

Great condo!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean upon arrival. It was well stocked with kitchen items. The view from the balcony was spectacular! Wifi worked great. Lots of storage space for our clothes, which we liked. The master bed is a bit firm for our liking, but that's just our personal preference. We loved the twin over full bunk beds & the fact that there was a TV in the bunk room. The beds were very comfy but that room does get a little warm. The resort itself was nice, friendly staff. The pool area was nice. Even though we were there during the Memorial Day weekend & it was crazy busy, we never waited too long for the elevators which was a plus. Overall we loved our stay & would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful unit

This unit is beautiful with spectacular views. Convenient washer/dryer combo and also dishwasher made clean up easy. The reason I am rating 4 instead of 5 is there are 3 TVs and the only one that worked. The one in the living room. I personally like to lie in bed and watch television as I go to sleep. I did report it to the front desk the first 2 days we were there and it still wasn’t fixed when I left a week later.

Girlfriend trip

Was down here Last year by myself. Decided to bring my girlfriends this year and was not disappointed. Sunrise is such a nice place and a great location I look forward to many more vacations down here.

Cleanliness

First lemme say the view was beautiful! The condo was too. But it was NOT clean. The tub was so dirty that I ended up only using it once after I saw how dirty it was. (Lemme add, we cleaned it before we got in thinking that would be fine, but when we turned on the jets and the filter so much dirt and hair came out) Like I said I was so grossed out that I never got back in it. The dishwasher smelled SO bad, it was miserable just loading dishes into the dishwasher. I also saw a roach. The outside outlet also does not work, and the elevators took a very long time. Granted it had 24 stories, so I do understand that. It was an okay stay. But definitely not worth the money we paid. Especially since I looked around and paid a little more to make sure we had a jetted tub. Then I couldn’t even use it.

More of an upscale area. We have been put in very "trashy" places in the past. This resort exceeded our expectations and will for now on be returning to this specific resort.

Great Experience!

Our stay was amazing! The view was awesome and the condo was so relaxing! The only thing it was missing was Smart TV's in in the bedrooms. I am a Netflix, Prime, and Youtube TV type person but besides that everything else was GREAT!!

The condo was amazing!! The views were great. It was nice to have free beach chairs available everyday. The only negative, the master bed was hard. Like very hard. There was no bounce to the mattress. We left feeling relaxed and a little sore.

Great location and resort

The condo was clean, the check in was easy and convenient, the beach access was easy and I love that there is a parking garage and your car doesn’t sit out in the hot weather.

Sunrise Beach Unit 1805-Vacasa

Check in was fine. I asked about the dishwasher being repaired because 3 weeks prior to my arrival a prior renter had noted in a review that it wasn't working. Well, it still wasn't even though the check in staff said that it was. Two days before our checkout a new dishwasher was placed in the unit. On two occasions my vehicle was improperly ticketed by security personnel. It was apparent that the desk staff did not communicate with security staff about this issue. When I checked in the staff was made aware that my vehicle has a personalized plate therefore I couldn't register it until I arrived. My plate was called to whomever and I was assured that it was registered. We were very unhappy about this. Needless to say, parking slips that could be displayed in the dashboards of registered guests would be a helpful item for renters. We could not open the oven due to the refrigerator being in the way. There was old cereal pieces and dust/hair under the couch. There was also a "delay" switch for the kitchen light and it didn't take several minutes to come on, it took several hours. We ended up having to leave it on continuously. The renters above us on the next floor moved furniture at all times of the day and night. The units are definitely not sound proof. I would not recommend this property to those who wish for a carefree and stress free vacation. We had nothing but problems. If it had been possible to know we were going to experience these types of problems, we would have looked elsewhere. We received no apologies or follow up from staff in this condominium for all of the issues we had to tolerate.

Not my favorite

Our dishwasher was broken and after calling and emailing, we were told the was “a ticket in” to repair it. Nobody ever showed up to fix it and we had to hand wash our dishes all week. It had obviously been broken for a while because dirty dishes were put back in the cabinet and drawers and the dishwasher was covered with mildew inside. There was a note on the freezer that said the water had been shut off because of a leak. Again, 2 calls & emails and we were again told that a ticket was in to repair it. We had to buy bags of ice and jugs of water all week, nobody ever came to repair it. The room itself was fine and the mattresses were comfortable, we could have used some extra blankets. I would recommend bringing extras yourself. The patio furniture was nice and the view was spectacular. The pool is great. We will definitely be back to Sunrise Beach, but not this room and probably would not rent through Vacasa again.

Great location and condo!

We were overall completely satisfied with our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, layout, general decor and look and of course location! The view to the ocean was such a treat every single day. The balcony was huge and very comfortable on top of great outdoor furniture. The beds were extremely comfortable and every linen was very clean and usable. The condo almost felt luxurious. We will definitely be looking to book at this same exact condo again!

Beautiful View

Beautiful views and location is close enough to walk to most things. Be prepared to wait for elevators (a long time most often) but the rest of this place made it worth it.

Stove didn’t work had to eat out entire vacation

Stove didn’t work at all, was told they would get one and never did, so we had to eat out more than we wanted! All 3 TV’s didn’t work for the first 3 days until maintenance resolved the problem.

No broom or mop called and no one seemed to care All units i have stayed in at the same place have had at least two folding chairs to use in apt.They cost 7.00 dollars at Walmart This is a kind gesture for guest An umbrella is a kind gesture. Most people will leave one .I did however who knows if the cleaning associate is taking all the leftovers guest leave
