Enjoy some relaxation and spend a few days by the Gulf of Mexico in this lovely condo on the beach. This spacious flat features an open layout, plush furnishings, and a full kitchen equipped with all the tools needed to whip up some favorite recipes with ease. Everyone will love the private balcony view, so enjoy an evening watching the sunset after a day at the pool, on the basketball courts, or on the beach. If you brought some younger guests along, they will be glad to know that there is a Kids Club and arcade available on site as well. Plus, ending the day with a movie is never a bad idea, so cozy up on the sectional each night for some quality time with loved ones.

Panama City has something to offer for everyone. Take a serene walk through Saint Andrews State Park and experience a unique view of the Gulf from the jetty. For a day trip down the coast, Pier Park is where you will find favorite shopping spots, restaurants, and beach activities galore! There are several other popular attractions including the Aerial Adventure Park, Walkinā€™ On Water paddleboards, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf and Grand IMAX Theater. Plus, you can rent a few bicycles and explore the coastline to find your own favorite spots!

This rental is located on floor 7.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The bed NEEDS to go!! Its hard as a rock.. we had to pull the bunk bed mattresses on it to have some softness.. and the frame moves the whole bed if any one turns over terrible.... the rest of everything else is 100% awesome.. will stay again but not in this unit..

Enjoyed our stay

View was great, 7th floor was perfect for a great view and short elevator wait. Bed is definitely on the firmer side. Had most everything we needed. Don’t forget to bring your own beach towels/pool accessories. Would stay again.

Great condo!

The condo was spotless and was very well appointed with nice, comfortable furnishings including adequate dishes and cooking utensils that we needed. Wifi worked very well for us. I would definitely stay in this condo again!

Great place to stay!

Condo was super clean, plenty of room for our party of 5. Awesome ocean view. They are working on new beach access from the pool area! By the way the 2 pools were awesome. Condo was easy to locate and easy access with codes entry. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing condo!

This condo was very clean and had stunning views. The two full bathrooms were a huge plus for our family of 5. Seychelles was a fantastic complex with super easy access to your vehicle, room, and pool. Highly recommend and will stay again. 5 star!

Not impressed with our first day in #702

There was a sprinkler on the 10th floor that caused damage to floors 9, 8 and 7. The maintenance guy said not to worry it was turned off. The next morning we woke to 4 places that water was dripping on the floor and ceiling was caving in the bathroom. We notified the 800 phone number listed and got nothing but a run around from the host (Vacasa) rep from another part of the world. Finally, when the (Vacasa) office opened on the property, we explained the problem all over again also to add that microwave did not work and Master bath sink would not drain properly. We waited and waited for a solution. Was told they are waiting on the GM to find us another room. We went back to pack up our things. Waited an hour for a phone call we were to recv. Only to learn they sent a message via email that we were moving to another property 4 miles away. The other property was an upgrade, fees were much higher and check in was not as simple as you would expect. Bottom line, disappointed we lost a sold day of vacation to this unfortunate matter and we planned only a 3 night stay. Five days later we are Still waiting on parking refund money from both properties a total of $125.

Soon-to-be-empty nesters

For the price, I was truly amazed. We usually stay on the West end of PCB & I was nervous to change things up. I’m glad we did. We only had 3 beach days & 2.5 days were dbl red or red flag days so our 1st time exploring St. Andrew’s was perfect & this condo is literally less than a minutes drive to St Andrew’s. Schooner’s is attached to this condo, incredibly convenient. I had read a complaint that you had to walk around Schooner’s to get to the beach. That’s a weird complaint because you literally walk through the pool area to the beach. I loved how secure this place was. You have to use a key code to get off the beach, back onto the property which keeps it safe. Our condo was perfect for my husband and I. One of our sons could have easily stayed with us comfortably but more than 2-3 adults would be too much. Possibly two adults and two younger children would be fine. I loved the king size bed but the bedding lacked…so bring your own pillows and possibly a blanket. I did find a few hairs in one of the bathrooms upon arrival but not enough to freak me out but some people may have been mortified. I loved the smell of the cleaners Vacasa used. Marijuana smoke is such a pet peeve of mine…it’s beyond rude to the rest of the world. I smell it every year in every condo we rent. I only got one whiff in the bedroom, so GOOD JOB, cleaning crew!!! Overall, the property was clean & safe. This area is convenient to several good places to eat, and minutes from St. Andrew’s. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on sofa and it was also uncomfortable. Not much sleep in five nights. View was beautiful and got to watch sunset each night.
