Upscale Condo on the Water with Amazing Views. Active Military Discount

This is a newer (built in 2006), well- maintained, lower density condo with easy parking and 3 fast elevators. It has 2 swimming pools (1 pool is heated), no more than 4 1/2 ft deep, ideal for children, and a hot tub for guests 12 years old and older.

Located at the quiet end of the beach. It offers fantastic views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Lower Grand Lagoon. The condo is beautifully decorated with an open floor plan, 9 feet ceiling and a large sliding glass doors in the living area overlooking the white beaches and the emerald green water. It has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. From the balcony you can watch helicopters, parasails and birds fly at eye level; have a scenic view of the beach, and the beachgoers, boats, jet skis and all sorts of water activities. Best of all you can watch the sunsets and the sunrise from the comfort of the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was very polite and helpful with any questions we had. The view was amazing and the condo was extremely clean. We will definitely be back. I would recommend staying here to anyone. The sunset is absolutely gorgeous from the balcony and on the beach.

Heres what my wife had to say- We had to book this last minute to save us from a disaster of another booking. I was ready to go home at that point. Mr. Garcia and his wife not only took the time to get the condo ready for us a bit early, but was the most kind man in ensuring we would be confortable staying at his condo after what we had gone through. This condo was beautiful! Clean and confortable, stocked with towels and toys, with an amazing view! Mr. G truly saved our family vacation. 10/10 would recommend and book with him again. Wonderful place, wonderful people!

Very clean and nice condo

Condo was extremely clean and great for our family. Very spacious for our party of 4. Views were amazing from the balcony. Highly recommend renting from owners when staying at this condo. We love the ease of being at the beach and highly recommend the food at Schooners restaurant next door.

We decided last minute to book a much needed vacation, we have stayed at Seychelles two other times before so weā€™re looking there exclusively. The Garcias were awesome hosts. They met us at check-in with the necessary informationā€¦plus unexpected items a bottle of wine and a couple of beers for the adults, bottles of water and Jelly Bellyā€™s for our daughter. Property owner met us upon arrival. Very kind and welcomed us. He showed us around and even had water and a bottle of wine waiting for us. He also called to check on us midweek. Cleanest condo iā€™ve ever stayed in and iā€™ve been coming to PCB for years. Highly recommend.

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Michigan. After an honorable discharge from the Marine Corp (Vietnam Veteran), I worked and retired from the auto industry. I now reside in Panama City Beach, 8 miles from the condo.

We discovered Panama City Beach during the Spring Break of 1984. We had so much fun here that my wife and I kept on coming back after our children have graduated from college. We decided to retire here because of the beauty of the beaches and because we enjoy watching children and adults alike having fun.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We take pride in our condo and we are responsive to any of guests' needs. Because we are local, we deal with our guests directly, from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. My condo is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. I offer 10% discount to active duty military. OORAH!!!
