This oceanfront, ocean-view 13th-floor condo comfortably sleeps 6 with a king bed, two full bathrooms, a bunk nook and a sleeper sofa. The living area features panoramic ocean views, private balcony access, and a flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and bar seating. The private balcony is perfect for soaking up the stunning Gulf views... you won`t want to miss the sunsets either!
BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED! From March 1st to October 31st (8am-5pm, weather permitting), guests can enjoy onsite, complimentary beach service including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella.

Seychelles Beach Resort is a premier, oceanfront property located in Panama City Beach. This high-rise resort offers breathtaking views of the Gulf, with direct beach access and a range of luxury amenities designed to enhance your vacation experience. Guests can enjoy two oceanfront outdoor pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center.
Nearby Attractions: - Schooners Beach Club: next door for great food and live music - St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, Pier Park, and local deep-sea fishing charters are all close by. - Family-friendly spots like Gulf World Marine Park and Shipwreck Island Water Park provide fun for everyone.
Things to Note: * The primary renter must be 25+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking. * Booking payment includes 1 parking pass and 6 wristbands. Any additional vehicles must be parked offsite. There will be a $50 charge for each missing wristband upon departure. * The Resort`s pool project is scheduled January 2025 through March 2025. During this time, the east side of the pool deck will be closed. Be aware that some noise, particularly during the demolition phase, may occur as part of the project. * All common areas and amenities (pool, gym, front desk, elevators) are managed by Seychelles Beach Resort. We do not have control over the maintenance, functionality, or availability of these facilities. * Offsite restaurants and shops are subject to seasonal availability. 1) The guest booking must be 25+.

Beautiful beach view, clean unit. There were a few maintenance issue, which the property manager said would be addressed after our stay. We weren't given the code for the parking garage/front entrance/beach access gate. Another person gave it to us, then the code changed before the end of our stay and we were locked out until someone let us in. The beach access gate requires a # after the code, and the garage and main entrance do not. This was frustrating and should be corrected.

Amazing birthday vacay!
Birthday celebration for friends in this beautiful condo. Super clean and everything we needed was there for us! The management team at Nautical Properties is so on top of everything - whenever we needed them, they jumped through hoops to make our stay comfortable and amazing! Working Vacation
Property was perfect for the two of us. Had everything we needed. Check in and check out was seamless. During Helene we had a few questions prior to the storm track being known and they were quick to respond. Being next to Schooners was a boon as well. We plan on being back!

Lovely Unit
Beautiful unit, amazing views. We always love staying at Seychelles and this time was no exception. The only negative, aside from from noisy upstairs neighbors, was that we never could figure out how to control the fans and the one in the bedroom we couldn't turn on. Otherwise, everything was amazing and we would definitely book this unit again.

Clean condo with amazing view
The kitchen really needs large serving spoons or spatulas. We struggled trying to serve gumbo we made. Ended up having to scoop it out with a coffee cup. Also there were 3 beach chairs and we threw 1 away because it was rusted and not functional. Otherwise an excellent stay ❤️

Happy with our stay!
My family of four stayed for five nights May 30-June 4 and were very happy with our stay. Parking was easy and we loved that it’s gated and has to be accessed with a code provided. Loved it being right next to Schooners so we could walk right over for dinner, which we did two nights. I was worried about noise from the restaurant while in our room/on our balcony but thankfully we didn’t hear anything! 3 elevators and we never had to wait long. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, towels/wash cloths, dish soap, and trash bags provided. Shampoo/body wash also provided but we did not use those. 2 dish washer pods and 2 laundry pods provided, so bring more if you will need. My kids, 5 and 8, slept on the couch bed. The top bunk mattress is thick and covers the safety rail, so I did not want them sleeping up there incase they rolled over and fell off. Shower and bath had good water pressure and hot water lasted through all of us showering. My kids loved both pools; one is heated and one is not. Beach access was right outside the building but only had stairs, so we had to carry our wagon up and down each day. We rented beach chairs and it was 150 for 4 days. We love staying at this end of PCB because it’s less busy than down on the other end near Pier Park. We would stay here again!
