The open floor plan on the first floor features a living area with a sofabed, a flatscreen TV, and ample room to spread out. The kitchen, with stainless appliances and granite countertops, is fully equipped with all the tools you could need to make a delicious meal or snack. Moving to the second floor, the main suite has a king bed, a private porch, and a full bath. The third floor offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and the most amazing sunrises and sunsets you've ever seen. Head outside for the day and enjoy the shared pool and beach access nearby. Make this your vacation fairy tale and enjoy all the great amenities that Carillon Beach has to offer!

Here in the quaint community of Carillon Beach, you'll be just four miles from Pier Park and its eclectic shopping, dining, and activities for the kids. Explore the great outdoors at Camp Helen State Park, located one mile down the highway, and dine out at Edward's Fine Food & Wine, The Cowgirl Kitchen, and The Havana Beach Bar & Grill, all of which are within three miles. For a bit more adventure, rent a few kayaks and paddle around the inlet!

THINGS TO KNOW
Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
