Bell & Tide - Carillon Beach + Private Carriage House

Welcome to Bell & Tide, a brand-new designer beach home in the private, guard-gated community of Carillon Beach, Florida — minutes from Rosemary Beach and Scenic Highway 30A.

Designed by noted architect Geoff Chick, Bell & Tide offers more than 4,100 sq. ft. of beautifully appointed living space: five bedrooms, six full baths and a half bath, a third-floor game and exercise retreat, and a separate one-bedroom carriage house with its own kitchen and living area. It sleeps up to 14.

It is a scenic walk to Carillon’s private sugar-white Gulf beach and three community pools. Bell & Tide was built for multigenerational family vacations, several families traveling together, milestone trips and girls’ getaways — elevated, relaxed, and never overdone.

THE MAIN LEVEL:

The light-filled main level connects the great room, dining area and chef’s kitchen, with high ceilings, designer finishes and an easy flow out to the porches. The kitchen has premium appliances, quartz counters and an oversized island with seating — the natural gathering point for a large group. There is room for everyone at the dining table, and multiple living areas throughout the home let people spread out comfortably.

THE SECOND FLOOR:

The primary king suite opens onto a huge private balcony and has its own ensuite bath. A second king bedroom sits on the first floor, and the second floor adds a queen guest bedroom and a six-twin bunk room — a favorite with kids and teens — each with its own bath.

THE THIRD-FLOOR GAME & EXERCISE RETREAT:

The top floor is a destination of its own: a Peloton bike, free weights, a foosball table and an arcade game, plus a sleeper sofa and a private ensuite bath. It is the room where teens disappear after dinner and where you can get a workout in without leaving the house.

THE PRIVATE CARRIAGE HOUSE:

Steps from the main home, the carriage house is a complete one-bedroom retreat: a full bed, a sleeper sofa, a private ensuite bath, a full kitchen and a living area. It is ideal for grandparents, another couple, or anyone who appreciates a little independence while still vacationing with the group. It is included in every booking.

OUTDOOR LIVING:

Some of the best spaces at Bell & Tide are outside. Multiple covered porches, a screened porch and a gazebo give you shade and breeze all day. Grill fresh Gulf seafood on the outdoor grill, rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach, and settle in for slow mornings with coffee and long evenings outdoors.
