We had the best time! Traveled with 3 families totaling 21 people. All adults except m 8 year old sidekick! The main floor is perfect. We never felt crowded and had enough space for all! Location is perfect!!!

Family Thanksgiving

An absolutely perfect home for a family of 20! Elevator worked great the entire visit. Bedrroms and bathrooms were beautiful. The kitchen is amazing and had everything and more for a Thanksgiving cookathon. Beach is an easy walk and very private during a busy time of year. We loved the bottom floor pool table room and opted for the heated pool and hot tub features. Many great memories were created. My only tip would be to know if you bedroom tv require a streaming account. We will definitely be making a trip back again next year!!

Annual Honor Guard weekend

Great house. We only had 7 couples this year but eight would have not been great for that last room The open space was perfect for our group. Each having a bathroom is key! Disappointed by the pool a bit. We did not spend the money to heat it and it was never really in the sun so it was cold. The private beach was also a great plus as we love the beach One of your dishwashers does not work very well. We had to move the to the other one overall the house was fantastic!

Friends and Family Trip

We stayed for a summer vacation with 5 families. Each of which has younger children. The pool was our favorite place to be and the beach was just a short walk. The house was clean and the owner responsive. The house had all the amenities that we needed for our group and a great location near all of our favorite restaurants. It was a great summer getaway!

Property description and location were ideal. The place was not as clean as we would have liked. Although the house and layout were perfect, property like this needs constant maintenance to stay in tip top shape. Overall, a nice vacation.

I celebrated my 50th birthday celebration in style! The house is beautiful and spacious!

I rented this house the celebrate my 50 birthday with family and friends! The location is right off the Main Street, and access to the beach was quick and easy! There was plenty of room in the house for my dinner celebration. We had a fabulous time!

Perfect House in Miramar!

We had a large group of family and friends visit this wonderful Miramar house. The location was perfect, close to eateries (and a coffee shop) and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was VERY spacious and had so many different areas for us to gather in. We ventured out for dinner one night and walked down to Pompano Joe's (about a 15 minute walk on the walking path). On the way back, we decided to walk the beach back and went crab hunting. Such a fun memory! It was a short 10 minute drive to the Donut Hole (a MUST anytime we visit Destin/30A). Some of our group drove to Seaside one day - about a 30 minute drive. This house is also located near Baytowne Wharf (another MUST when you're in Destin). I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic vacation home!!

The stay was great, we were always listened to by the house owners and they took care of us immediately. The house was huge and super accommodating. Everything was perfect and we all enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you!!!

Outstanding place to stay!

What a great home to stay at. Close walk to a private beach. Very nicely furnished as well. Great pool, kitchen area for meals and gatherings, the bedrooms are perfect for families with small kids. All of our family has older kids but it worked out perfectly. 100% recommended staying at this house!! I recommend getting a golf cart, makes life easier to maneuver around the area. It was really the perfect week for us

The perfect week

Here Comes the Sun is a beautiful home with everything you would want and more! From the high ceilings to the privacy of the pool & hot tub to the roof top deck, everything is absolutely perfect! All of the beds & bedrooms and private and extremely accommodating. Beautiful furnishings grace every room. We hope to stay here again soon! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience

Absolute must stay!

Where to begin...this property was fabulous! Beds were exceptionally comfy, cleanliness was top notch, dining room table was perfect for our large group as well as 2 dish washers, 2 large refrigerators and dual washer/dryer wonderful to have! Responsiveness by the property manager, David, could not have been better. He went above and beyond for us during our stay. Our youngest daughter left behind her 2 stuffed animals she sleeps with each night & David managed to track them down on a holiday weekend. We’ve never experienced this type of service before. We highly recommend booking this property for your next stay.

Great property and location was perfect! However, lots of issues with the property manager

We checked in on Wednesday and the door locked stopped working on Thursday - I was unable to join my family to the beach as the door would not locked - called the property contact number 3 times and could not leave a message as the mailbox was full - the property manager came to fix the lock close to 3pm and tried to reset the lock abs replace the battery (basically said the last guests took the spare battery and also, the emergency key)... we waited for the key which was delivered close to 8pm and was also informed we were being charged an early arrival fee... on Saturday morning the property manager once again showed up close to 9am and informed us we were going to charges a pool heating fee as the pool guy had informed him the pool was heated (which we had not asked for) the manager accused me of turning on the heat to the pool which I wouldn’t even know how to... apparently they are cameras by the pool which he hadn’t checked but, posted charges for me. My other concern was I wasn’t aware of cameras in the house or pool which is a big concern as we were traveling with our kids and did not feel comfortable having some strangers having access watching them swim and which is also a invasion or privacy. We loved the house and wanted to make this our new annual vacation rental but, will not do so as we were not treated right.
