Enjoy your private island paradise on Lover's Key! Our condo is directly on the beach and has a beautiful ocean view.

Our newly remodeled condo has a modern coastal décor, a bedroom with a king size bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. New wood-look porcelin tile floors, granite countertops and modern amenities along with classic styling create a comfortable beach get-away. It is located directly on a private, white sugar-sand beach with a backdrop of swaying palms, tropical flowers and water fountains. Enjoy the heated swimming pool, grills and lounge on an uncrowded private beach, with lovely Lovers Key State Park Beach connected right to your private beach for miles of beach walking and shell collecting!


There is a full kitchen and dining area as well - conveniences of home in a private beach front paradise!

Relax on your private balcony... watch the sailboats pass by, and keep an eye out for the dolphins! You are right across the street from Lover's Key State Park. Explore the beauty of this estuary by kayak or by walking the many trails and miles of gulf-front beach.

PLEASE NOTE: The bridge you see in the photos has been replaced and they are currently taking down the old bridge. I'll get new photos once the project is complete in 2026. The hot tub is currently down as they are working on the rip-rap replacement which should be completed by May 1, 2026.

There are numerous wild-life and bird watching opportunities here. Or take a stroll over the bridge to enjoy over seven miles of Fort Myers Beach on Estero Island. I've tried to think of the 'little things' that matter, so that your stay in our condo will be a memorable one!

There is a trolley that runs up and down Fort Myers Beach and to the Shopping Center (including a grocery store and a K-Mart) in Bonita Springs. The trolley stops right in front of the Condominium - hop on for 75 cents and explore the shops and restaurants of Times Square in North Fort Myers Beach. Or get in a round of golf or a game of tennis - all located within a few miles.

The only complaint I have, is the wash cloths and towels have a musty smell

I'm glad you enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and it's location. I'm sorry the towels were not as fresh as they usually are and appreciate you letting me know so the housekeeper could come wash them again. They must have been put away slightly damp. We have removed all linens and triple washed them or replaced them and are cognizant of the importance of having them fully dried. Thanks again for your feedback - we hope to welcome you back to our condo on a future vacation!

This is an amazing condo with views like no other. We had great weather and the location was great! The people in the condo complex were so friendly and made you feel so welcomed! Would love to return again!! From Kentucky and stayed Feb. 8-15 2020

Unfriendly

The place is beautiful! The permanent residents were at a minimum unfriendly, at worst - rude. I understand trying to protect your home, but they complained about the renters to me (a renter), stopped us to verify that we belonged there (quizzing us about the security codes) and generally made us feel unwelcome. Only one woman reached out to us, giving us advise on sites to see, etc. It's unfortunate. It is a lovely, private beach and condo.

Spring Break 2022

Fabulous location. Studio Apartment was perfect for our stay. Access to private beach that connects to State Park. Beach walks and wetland water walks great. Saw dolphins and manatees. Outstanding restaurant a very short walk away. Incredible food in a wonderful bay view setting.

Nice Location

The views from this property were wonderful. From the balcony we could see dolphins once in a while and even once a 5 foot shark. The condo sits between Fort Meyers Beach and Bonita Springs. We liked the area as it quieter and very scenic and had fun watching the waterway with all the boats. You can walk to Lover's Key State Park beach and walk the trails around the park from there as long as you are mobile enough. We seem to hit college spring break for the Midwest colleges so we only went to Fort Meyers Beach once due to traffic taking an hour to get from the condo to the public parking. The trolley would not have helped as they were stuck in traffic too. Fort Myers Beach is quaint with lots of restaurants a I can see why it is very popular and it was nice to see the college students having a nice time again. The condo was a good size for a couple and is updated. The description of what it comes equipped with is correct. We didn't cook here, as we usually went out to dinner and just ate breakfast and heated up our leftovers for lunch, but it would have been easy to do so. The complex has nice clean grills making it easy to use. The pool was heated and a good size and never too crowded. If we wanted to swim at the beach we could have gone for a quick dip near the condo's beach or walk to use the beach at the state park. We would definitely come back here again.

Disappointed

There were some issues related to construction the seller was unaware of...and it was handled quickly which was great. Having said that...there was not a comfortable place to sit in the unit. Couch ok if you lay down but the chairs are in need of replacement...they appear to have been broken in that they don't sit level and are so slanted as to be really unacceptable. There are are couple of "policies" regarding expected supplies that weren't in unit and pre-checkout items that we've never found in any of our many travels. This is so unfortunate ....

Fantastic view!

Newly remodeled and well equipped condo in a pleasant building with a great location. Exceptionally comfortable bed and linens. Plenty of towels. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Loved spending time on the balcony!

Anniversary Celebration

My husband and I previously stayed at this condo. We loved it so much we decided to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary here. The condo is located right next to Lover's Key State Park. The condo's private beach and the state park's beach connect which makes for wonderful morning walks or beautiful sunset strolls. When we arrived we found the condo neat and clean. It was everything that was described. From the condo's private balcony you routinely see a variety of marine life including dolphins and manatees. The state park offers many hiking trails, canoe, and kayak rentals where you can see dolphins, manatees, and maybe even an alligator. (We didn't see any in the state park on this trip. However, we did see the little guy hanging out in the pond across the street from the condo complex.) There are also jet ski tours you can take through the bay and if you are lucky you will see dolphins and or manatees up close. We were lucky enough to see several dolphins which came pretty close to our jet ski. Overall, we highly recommend renting this condo. If we go back to Lover's Key, we will be renting this condo again. Thank you Sandy for the wonderful stay! We will always treasure the memories made here!

Cozy & clean. Laundry $2 - $2.25 per load; you're expected to replenish paper products, etc & clean to same condition as you arrived (why is there a "cleaning" fee when you're expected to do it???)

Perfect Getaway

The condo is lovely, small but cozy, beautiful views of the bay. Convenient location for sightseeing. Kitchen has everything one would need. We stayed a week and just loved it.

Easy access to Lover's Key State Park

Condo has a clear view of the beach and you can see bottle-nose dolphins swimming below the balcony. Walk past the condo's private beach and you can enjoy miles of beaches and trails in Lover's Key State Park. The only negative was high winds that came through at 3am one morning during a tornado watch. We brought some of the smaller furniture inside since they were blowing around the balcony.

Sandy’s Condo is more than we expected! The views, the beach and the neighbors were outstanding!

Location is Amazing

I contacted the Owner on my 1st morning, the teapot lid had broken. She replaced it the next day. The other issue was that the bath towels, smelled mildewy. The sheets and pillows could definitely be upgraded. The Quiet bldg, nice pool, amazing beach. Drawback, not a lot to do around the area. If you're looking to stay at an amazing beach, this is your place! Even though, the towels and sheets needed replacing, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views and great location

My husband and I spent 10 days in the Bonita Springs Naples area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views were stunning. The condo was updated and clean. The king size bed was comfortable. Owner was great to work with and responded to our questions in a very timely manner. The complex is quiet. Many of the residents and guests had withered lived or been coming there for yeats. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. Hope to return next summer

Great Location and View

I lived in Fort Myers over 30 years ago and used to frequent Lover's Key to fish and hang out at the remote beach. I was excited to bring my wife to the area and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf, bay and Lover's Key. The condominium was perfect and the view from the balcony was stunning. We spent our free time watching dolphins swimming nearby and the abundant water bird life. We also visited Sanibel, Captiva and Naples and my wife had never seen such beautiful locations and homes. We look forward to coming back, but this time in the winter when it is cooler. In summary, a great condo and location.

Paradise

This was a absolutely stunning view. Dolphins playing in the cove and sunsets that were one of a kind and the beach was private gorgeous. My fiancé and I very much enjoyed our week and wished it was longer.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

The view from the balcony was wonderful. We spent time watching the boats and beach goers. We even saw a few dolphins. The condo is updated and nicely furnished. We loved walking on the beach in the morning and shell hunting. Definitely a great place to spend Christmas vacation.

Attractive, modern condo with a panoramic view

A stylishly decorated condo with all the necessary conveniences and supplies. It has a wonderful 270 degree view, from east to north, including great sunsets over the Gulf, and daily sightings of dolphins in Big San Carlos Pass. The property is gated and well maintained with a pleasant, calm private beach. The large pool is mostly shaded until the afternoon.

We bought our first condo on Lovers Key in 2003, and fell in love with this area. This is our vacation home currently, and our someday retirement home. In opening up our home to guests, we hope to help create treasured memories and love welcoming our repeat guests back year-after-year. We look forward to assisting you!
