DETAILS: Wake up on the beach at “Matarangi†in Grayton! You can have it all here– a private pool, 6 adult bikes, a game room, elevator, grill and plenty of privacy in every bedroom. In addition to its prime location directly on the Gulf and nearby the funky shops and dining of Grayton, the views from every floor are breathtaking. This 3-story home with balconies on every level has 6-bedrooms and 6.5-bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 12 guests.

The first floor belongs to the kids with a large bunk area, complete with 2 twin bunks, a media center and private bathroom. It also has a washer and dryer and access to the private, fenced-in pool.

The focal point of the home is on the second level, where the open family room hosts the kitchen and living space. With floor-to-ceiling windows on the south-facing wall, guests will get a fantastic and unobstructed view of the dunes and Gulf. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is fully equipped and can seat 15 for a meal at the breakfast bar or dining table. If you chose to dine al fresco, there are plenty of Adirondack chairs on the deck and a propane grill to cook and eat together. A 55†flat-screen LED TV complete with Blu-ray and Sonos can provide entertainment for everyone to enjoy around the seating area in the living room. 5 bedrooms are on this floor, all with their own flat-screen TVs. The primary features Gulf views with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom is a bunk room and the remaining 3 guest rooms on this floor have queen-size beds.

Upstairs is the second primary suite, which features a private balcony and soaking tub in the en-suite bathroom. There is also a common sunbathing deck overlooking the Gulf with lounge chairs to bask in the sun.

After enjoying a day at the beach, guests can rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering the pool or take a quick bike ride along 30A to Seaside or through the many nature trails around Grayton Beach and Western Lake.
