The large guest room includes king bed and private access to the second bathroom also with walk-in shower. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a sofa sleeper. The kitchen includes stainless appliances and breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining area includes table and chairs for four. A laundry room with washer/dryer is perfect for keeping your clothes, swimwear, linens, and towels clean.

Our area has activities galore! Water activities, shopping, dining and entertainment are all right there! Close to great golf courses. Everything you could possible need is within 2 miles, including grocery stores, drug stores, Wal-Mart. Convenient to airport; less than 12-hour drive from most mid-western U.S. cities. Across street from double putt-putt course, AND go-cart track. Just down the sidewalk a short walk away you'll find Runaway Island Restaurant, one of the nicest, most delicious, beach-front, restaurants in Panama City Beach.

Ideal parking has a covered, reserved, parking space located under the building and close to the elevators or just three flights of stairs away from your condo. This convenience makes short trips to and from your vehicle a breeze! No long walks to a parking garage across the street. No wasted time searching for an open parking space.

Family friendly AND great get-away spot for adults. All renters must be over 25 and understand this is a quiet zone between 10PM and 8AM. Never more than 6 people in unit. This is NOT a good place to party - on purpose. Property Manager and Security on site.
