LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Book your stay in a spectacular newly remodeled Mid-Century modern beach front home that will whisk you back in time. Located on the beautiful North Bay Front, the home is walking distance to the Balboa Island Ferry & Marine Avenue, where you will find cozy local shops & an array of mouth watering world class dining experiences.
305 N Bay Front is a two story home that has been professionally decorated and designed with the finest of detail. The incredible views of the Bay compliments the design of the home. Enjoy the open floor plan, gourmet chef's kitchen, dining area and large family room leading to the large outdoor open patio with radiant heaters for chilly weather.
The home boast 3 large bedrooms including one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. Additionally there exists a large upstairs bonus room that can comfortably sleep two on the comfortable day beds. The homes amenities include a two car garage (Will fit 2 small cars or one MED or LARGE car),There is washer and dryer, 3 beach cruisers, paddle boards, beach towels, a Weber propane grill where you can enjoy BBQ's on the Patio with friends and family while looking out onto the Bay, there is even an outdoor shower to rinse off after a sunny day at the beach. 305 N Bay Front will become your favorite new home away from home! WE DON"T ALLOW FURRY FRIENDS (PETS).

We have stayed here a few times now and absolutely love the property! The kitchen is well stocked and there are a ton of other personal touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The location is amazing!

Birthday trip

This was our second time staying at this house; it was just as amazing as our last stay. They house is well stocked and the property manager is super responsive and great to work with! We can’t wait for our next trip!

The Balboa Island Incredible Beach House truly lives up to its name. The host didn’t spare a single detail to make our stay special. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with holiday music playing, beautifully festive decorations throughout the home, and thoughtful goodies waiting for us to enjoy during the boat parade! It instantly felt magical and intentional.The house itself was immaculate — spotless, well-appointed, and clearly cared for with pride. You could tell the host genuinely wanted guests to have an unforgettable experience, and they absolutely delivered.10 out of 10 - an incredible stay from start to finish. Our family can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

The perfect house !

If you want the Ritz Carlton experience on Balboa Island, rent this house! It was gorgeous, beautifully located on the water, and felt like you were staying at a 5 Star Hotel!!

Fantastic location and house!

This is the second year we have stayed at the house and we love everything about it! Barbara is super easy to work with and very responsive. The house is very clean, has everything you would need for a vacation and is a spectacular location. We have been staying on Balboa Island for over 25 years and this is our favorite place to stay.

Amazing property!!!

This is by far the nicest property we have stayed in. Everything was clean and the house had so many amenities. The hostess was the best ever and responded so quickly to our questions. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing time in a beautiful location!

Holiday with our family

May on Balboa Island

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home on the water. We found the home very welcoming with an abundance of everyday items that made our stay comfortable. Favorite past-time was sitting outside on the patio just watching boats and people walk by. We will definitely be back!

Great host, amazing house!

This house is perfectly located on Balboa island next to multimillion dollar homes. Our family is very picky about the properties we stay in and this was one of our favorites. They had plenty of toys and games for our kids and the rooms were cozy. The host was beyond accommodating and allowed us early checkin and late checkout which made our trip very convenient as well. Thank you!

Birthday escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house was very well supplied with everything we needed (salad spinner, plenty of drinking glasses, silverware, utensils, hand mixer, blender, etc). Great instructions throughout the house on how to use TVs and equipment. The house was beautifully decorated and offered plenty of space for our group. We would definitely stay again!

Family Week on the Island

We have stayed at various VRBOs on BI as well as in Bewport and at other beach town in California. We also have been in other vrbo homes throughout the country. This home by far is the cleanest, best stocked, most organized, and best maintained home we have rented. The location was great. The home was also very family friendly. First time I can say this about a vrbo home, everything worked! Fantastic stay and all the family enjoyed it. We are looking to return next summer. We already told the manager and I just need to get in line and get it done.

Balboa Island Christmas

Our Christmas holiday was everything we were hoping for and more. We arrived to find music playing and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The house was warm and beautiful, and the location perfect with an amazing view. We especially enjoyed cooking in the amazing kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We made beautiful memories, and appreciate the responsiveness of the host. I’ve had many friends ask for contact information after viewing my photos posted on Facebook. The island charm at Christmas set the tone for a wonderful holiday.
