Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals or enjoy takeout from nearby restaurants. The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa + 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The only thing better than the views is the location. Phoenix X sits right next door to the legendary Flora-Bama, famous for daily live music, cold drinks, fun events, and its unbeatable beachfront atmosphere. Just across the street, you'll find the Flora-Bama Yacht Club and Flora-Bama Marina & Watersports, offering jet ski rentals, pontoon boats, fishing charters, and more—everything you need for a full vacation without ever getting in your car.

Guests at Phoenix X also enjoy top-tier resort-style amenities, including a beachside zero-entry outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, kiddie splash pad, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, racquetball court, wallyball court, basketball goal, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sand.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
