Vaulted ceilings and windows on every side make the floor feel spacious and bright, and the sprawling, open concept chef's kitchen, bar, dining room, and living are perfect for entertaining.

With two living rooms and two dining areas, the suite is big enough for a crowd. The primary suite has a king bed, a 48" TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a jetted tub, shower, and double sinks. There are three additional bedrooms, two have queen size beds. The fourth spacious bedroom features two full beds. This is perfect for additional guests (or 4 children) to sleep comfortably. Plus, there is a fold out sofa bed in one of the queen rooms and space on the living room sofa for additional over-night guests. All linens and towels are provided, clean, fresh and ready for you.

The entire third floor is yours. Enter the building through a semi-private entrance shared only with the second floor suite. Enter a keypad code on the main floor, head up two flights of stairs, and open the suite with a second keypad code allowing you to arrive on your own schedule.

You will have 2 reserved parking spaces marked "Hagenow Penthouse Suite" for your use exclusively, plus free street parking and several paid parking garages nearby for additional cars.

You will have the entire suite to yourselves and check-in is by keypad, so there is no need to coordinate an arrival time.

The suite is two flights of stairs up from the street entrance. This is a historic building without an elevator and the suite is not wheelchair accessible.
