**PLEASE NOTE: Ocean Place has announced it is beginning the final phase of an exterior renovation project as of spring 2026. Mostly minor construction tasks, such as painting, caulking and cosmetic touch-ups, are set for the main residential buildings and should be completed by May 2026. Other areas in the Ocean Place complex may have construction ongoing through September 2026. At least one pool will remain open at all times but be aware that either complex pool may be temporarily closed and taped off as needed until mid-May 2026.
