We thoroughly enjoyed this unit ! A very Relaxing condo with awesome views ! The host was very responsive and maintained constant communication throughout the stay. Check in was very easy and smooth. We will most definitely rent again!

Loved the view. Kitchen well equipped. Good TV. Nice puzzles. We did two. 2nd bedroom carpet old and dingy. Bathroom rugs needed washing. Need two sets of wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels per person. Rust on frig and dryer. Wax or whatever on tile was squeeky and dirty. Should have supplies for the amount of time and people staying like shampoo and toilet paper. Nice to have carts available for transporting luggage. Kitchen was well equipped. Filter needed replacing on frig. Swimming pool and access to the ocean were great. A few inexpensive supplies would make this 5 stars. Just some suggestions.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and comfortable. I was pleased to find a collection of books and jigsaw puzzles! The kitchen was well stocked!

Amelia Island Getaway

We had a wonderful time here. Amelia Island is beautiful, downtown is fun and unique, and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Great weekend retreat!

This unit was terrific - clean, updated, convenient location and parking, great amenities. We enjoyed our anniversary weekend away - the only downside was not having more time to spend there!

Anniversary trip

Condo was very nice and comfortable. Beautiful view from balcony and comfortable chairs to sit and relax in. Master bed was quite comfortable and loved the dual shower heads in the master bath! Overall, a great experience.

Clean and quiet

The property was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed staying here for a low-key girl’s weekend. The property is in a nice, quiet area. The bedrooms both have comfortable beds and the view from the balcony is beautiful.

Lovely location

We liked the condo unit on the beach. However the air conditioning isn't consistent on the top and main floors. We had to make it quite cool on the main floor for the top floor to be at an acceptable temperature.

Nice!

This place was very nice and looked just like the pictures! Great views of the beach from the living area and from one of the bed rooms. Easy access down to the beach. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Amelia Island & this condo was the perfect place to stay. The location is absolutely stunning- ocean views were spectacular. Located next door to The Ritz and a short 15 min drive to downtown Fernandina, there were plenty of options for food! We will be back!

Beautiful property

This property is very nice. It is light and airy. The furniture is very comfortable. It has a gorgeous view of the ocean. Everything was great. I would definitely rent this property again.
