Numerous large windows and an abundance of surrounding trees bring the outdoors in at this beautiful Sunriver vacation rental home. Located in the heart of Sunriver, this thoughtfully laid-out home features an open floor plan with accommodations for up to 12 guests - perfect for a multi-family retreat.

Preparing meals will be a breeze for your group's resident chef(s) - the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to host a dinner party - a gas range, stainless appliances, pots/pans/utensils galore - the expansive tile counter tops and a large center island with bar seating means multiple people can participate without running into one another! The spacious family room has plenty of room for socializing with comfortable seating for nine, and the dining table seats ten.

You will find two suites on the first floor, one with a King bed and one with a comfortable Queen bed, both bedrooms have private bathrooms. You’ll also find a guest half bathroom and the laundry room on this level.

Upstairs are bedrooms 3 and 4, one room has a Queen bed, and the second is a bunk room with a twin over twin and a twin over full bunk bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You'll also find a light filled loft with a queen sofa bed for curling up with your favorite book.

As lovely as the inside of 16 Cultus is, the large back deck is where you will spend all of your time in the summer! There is seating for six for outdoor meals nearby the gas BBQ, and two chaise lounges will encourage you to take in the sun. A large private hot tub provides the perfect opportunity to relax under the stars after an active day.

Looking for some friendly competition? Step into the garage to challenge your group to a game of Ping Pong! Want to get active? To explore this beautiful area, take a bike ride on one of the 6 adult Big Dog bikes provided to Ft. Rock Park, or a 10 minute walk to the River. This is one vacation home you will plan on returning to year after year.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

The property is nice, except for the spiders :O yes i said spiders. And make sure to bring cooking spray as the pans are not non stick. Oh and don't burn your hands like I did the water gets SUPER HOT. The kids had a blast, ping pong, and kids bikes to ride not for tall people. Neighborhood was quiet with lots of wildlife wandering through.

Spacious House in Sunriver

The house was great, well appointed, spacious and clean. Communication was great and check in was easy. Only thing--a more reasonable check out time would have been appreciated as check out at 10 am lead to a scramble to clean and pack up.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our few days in this home! It’s quite spacious with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Everything you need for cooking at home is supplied. The only issue was the toaster. It didn’t always work on one side but that’s a very small thing to replace. The house is spotlessly clean. My family enjoyed riding the bikes every day and soaking in the hot tub after horse riding. The mattresses tend to be a little on the hard side but it depends on what you like. We’be stayed in numerous other homes in SunRiver over the years and would love to return to this one! Treat yourself and stay here. It’s quiet and peaceful and the deer paying a visit makes it that bit more special.

Great Sunriver home for a family reunion

Seven adults and a toddler stayed here for a family reunion, and we loved the home! It was spacious and well-stocked with everything we needed, and the cul-de-sac location was both quiet and close to all the resort amenities. We'd be happy to stay there again!

Great place!

A little farther than we wanted from town but the teenagers got lots of miles on the bikes! Clean and stocked house, we all enjoyed the hot tub and quiet neighborhood!

Great space!

Loved the location and the size of the house. It was perfect for our family/friends get-a-way. The weather was perfect. There are a few things that need attending to. Such as updating the bathrooms and toilets. The screen door to the back is in need of repair. Just a screw to use as a handle. When you have such a large house and typically a large group of people it would be beneficial if there were extra garbage bags, extra soap and more than two rolls of paper towels. Super great that there is such a large dining table, however, it is sticky and needs to be refinished. Needs new ping pong balls. They were all cracked when we went to play. And a note for future guests...you have to take the recycle to the recycle center or take it with you when you leave. Maybe a large note on the door where the garbage cans go would help let future guests know. Overall, I'd stay again

Basics covered

Nice size house for a family get together. A few updates would improve the experience as most of the appliances are in need of attention. Lots of bikes and great neighborhood.

Plenty of space for family

We had a lovely time at this house in Sunriver. The house was great for our family of 11 and was in a great location. Thankful that the house had A/C since it was so hot during our stay. The property management company was great and very accessible.

Great House.

Overall it is a great house. However, as noted by previous reviews, the hot tub cover needs to be replaced. Waterlogged, torn, and dangerously heavy. Also, as previous noted, the stove has issues. Will light but then all other burners click.

Perfect Sunriver location

The property itself was great! Property management was superb, the house is so spacious! Hot tub, sleds, bikes and ping pong table were awesome!! Short drive to Mt. Bachelor and minutes from Bend. We had our 3 kids and the grandparents and this house STILL had space for more. We look forward to coming back!

Great house...several items need attention

The house worked really well for our group. The location was great and quiet. The bicycles were in good condition. We did have several items that if attended to would have earned our stay 5 stars. We had trouble with the gas range as was mentioned in quite a few previous reviews. The burners spark continuously and we could only cook on low heat. The ice maker was not working. The dining table is large and seats 10. However, several of the chairs are in bad shape with broken framework, seats and one had an exposed nail sticking through the padded seat. The hot tub cover is in poor condition, saturated with water and extremely heavy. We had burned out lightbulbs in 2 of the bedrooms. If the above items were taken care of we would consider staying in this home again.

September visit

This property is a great value, and checked many boxes. Open concept, 3 en-suite rooms, bunk room and 1/2 shared bath. Perfect for our family of 10, plus pets. Needs updating, particularly the restrooms. Loved Sunriver, awesome bike paths, hope to visit again during a non-Covid year!

Beautiful weekend Retreat!!

We had a small group rent this house out for the weekend. The house was large, beautiful and very spacious. The perfect accommodation for our group. There were some issues with the unit however. The pilot lights on the gas range had issues lighting and turning on, the screws for handle for the tea kettle was missing, and the upstairs toilet has issues with running and not flushing. Other than that, the house worked really well for us.

March 2016 Stay

Our weekend at Cultus 16 was perfect for our family gathering of 10 people. The house was immaculate, tastefully furnished, ping pong and foos ball and bikes an added bonus. Kitchen is well stocked as I've seen! ( one suggestion though is to replace or discard waffle maker that isn't working properly). The 4 bedrooms each with own bathrooms is glorious!Your welcome notes, wine and dog treats are always appreciated as well. And we were able to walk to river everyday. We come to Sun River nearly every year for a family ski weekend and will of course return to Bennington again, and maybe to this same house! Thank you again for a lovely weekend. Very relaxing home with plenty of space for our family.

The home had everything we needed. There were items that needed repair and the maintenance man was there quickly. Suggest legs on foosball table be replaced. We didn’t use it as it was too wobbly. Shouldn’t advertise having one as it couldn’t be used. Ping pong table was used a lot. The kitchen had everything we needed. We highly recommend this home.
