This wonderful Gulf-front rental has recently been updated and has a commanding view of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. Wifi has been upgraded to guarantee FAST INTERNET for streaming. The living room will provide you access to this wonderful private balcony. You will enjoy sitting on the balcony which is furnished with chairs and 2 tables for your comfort and enjoyment. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors enhance your view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen comes equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for your convenience. If you elect to not eat-in, then there are many wonderful restaurants located nearby; as well as shopping, available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida. This condo can sleep 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit has a SmartTV in the living room and guest bedroom as well as a TV in the master bedroom. Free wifi throughout the condo as well as the entire complex at Island Princess! This rental also comes with complimentary beach service (seasonal) March - October. Saturday to Saturday bookings are required June - August. | | Island Princess is located directly on the snow-white sands on Okaloosa Island, just steps from the most-sought-after waters of the Gulf Coast. On-site, enjoy the hot tub and heated outdoor pool, as well as a fitness center. The relaxing and welcoming atmosphere of Island Princess will easily make it your go-to vacation destination for years to come. | | Okaloosa Island offers a wide variety of local restaurants, attractions, and family-friendly activities, making it a prime spot for your next family beach vacation or spontaneous getaway with friends. Direct beach access with ocean front pool! Clean room and easy check in process. We had an issue with the balcony door handle and luggage rack. Maintenance arrives quickly and resolved. Great location and pool !

Just what we needed!

Condo was just as described. We didn’t do any cooking but it looked like there was anything you would need to prepare meals. The condo was very clean. The decor was very soothing. I definitely would book this condo again.

Beautiful Condo Beautiful Week!

The rooms look just like the photos. Clean, everything we needed. Pool was in great. Out the door, down the stairs or elevator, through a breezeway past the pool and then you are on the white sandy beach. Early mornings watching the dolphins swimming from the balcony listing to the waves. Can't wait to get back!

Even when inside, you can take in the beauty of the surroundings. The Condo itself is well stocked and very well maintained and clean. Furniture is comfy and feels like home. The additional chairs and beach things were nice to have as an evening seating option. The location outside of the crazy 98 traffic was incredible. We stay a lot in the area and this is a must return to property!

August stay

We loved the location of the property. The condo was great. When we arrived we had not received code to enter the condo. I had to contact the owner for the code. The property manger sent us a code at 4:30 (check in 4:00) which was the wrong code. There was not a broom in the condo to sweep the floors to get remove the sand. We stayed for 7 days and it drove me crazy not being able to clean the floors. The condo only supplied 1 dishwasher cleaner and no dishwashing liquid or washing machine pods. All Condos I have stayed in always supplies a starter supply for you. I would stay here again but I know that need to bring my supplies with me.

Very limited places to eat nearby and they were always packed. Traffic on 98 was very congested so we seldom ventured out from Okaloosa Island.
