This bright, exceptionally clean, relaxing cape style home is only a 5 to 7 minute stroll to Pleasant Street Beach, a natural beach on the warm waters of Nantucket Sound.
Centrally located at the “elbow” of Cape Cod, Chatham is a true Cape gem, said to be as quaint as Nantucket without the boat ride. Enjoy Main Street and its unique shops, restaurants, theaters and inns. Relax at the scenic beaches perfect for sunning, swimming, boogie-boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, or sailing. If the salt water is not your thing, try one of the calm, spring-fed, glacial kettle ponds, a great alternative for young kids. This is unlike any average rental-come enjoy, relax and make memories of a lifetime! PETS CONSIDERED (no pet fee)! Open Year Round- Off Season 5 NIGHT MINIMUM. Non-refundable $500, Administrative Fee, $250 Cleaning fee plus applicable state and local taxes.

Perfect getaway!

We’ve stayed in this house twice now and love it so much!! The house is so bright and super clean and is only a 4-5 min walk to the beach. It’s such a beautiful, perfect location and the street is adorable! Our two year old daughter loved playing in the front and back yard, and she loved the beach! We will be coming back! I highly recommend!!

Perfect, Peaceful Getaway!

This house was an absolute gem! We stayed here with our 1 year old daughter and it was such a perfect house for us. It was so clean, bright, and spacious and had such a nice front and backyard! We felt so comfortable there, and the fact that it was so clean was so important to us! It was also a much closer to the beach than we expected (5 min walk!). We’ve stayed in Chatham a few times before but this is by far our favorite house! Such an amazing property! We will be coming back!

Comfy, lovely home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Very clean. Short walk to a private beach that is great for toddlers. Clise to whatever you might want to do. Our weather was overcast all week but we still found lots to do nearby. Be mindful that you need to bring paper tieels, toilet paper. Linens are not provided. Evetything was lovely. Woould stay here again in a flash. Thank you , Jillian B. NH

If I had one comments it was that we walked to the beach and it was packed but not one person was in the water because of fear of sharks. So sad. WE had to drive to the other side to swim.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year returning to this lovely vacation sight! First, it is in a wonderful location in Chatham. Just a walk down the road takes you to two different town beaches. All other parts of Chatham; the downtown, local eateries, stores, etc . . are just a few minutes drive away. The beach house itself, was immaculate, very tastefully decorated, and offered all the comforts of home - with many lovely touches for beauty and comfort. There is a quiet backyard area, adjacent to a nice-sized deck connecting from the kitchen - the perfect spot for breakfast, each morning, and evening barbecues! In addition, the folks involved the rental group at Olde sothebys, could not have been more helpful or accommodating.

Wonderful property, great location - hidden gem - I WANT A FENCED IN YARD AT HOME

Loved our stay here. Beautiful house walking distance from a small beach perfect for our toddlers and within easy driving distance of shops and restaurants in Chatham. Took excellent day trips to Provincetown, Dennis beaches, and Wellfleet. Easy access to everything Chatham has to offer - and pet friendly. I am absurdly jealous of the fenced-in yard and now need to bring one to my house. Highly recommend this property.

Great home

Location is fantastic with a short walk to two public beaches and easy access to shopping and the town of Chatham. The house is modern, comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Plenty of room to spread out with our dog (fenced yard) and group of 7.
