The Space:
Our completely renovated and newly furnished condo, located directly in the center of town on Main Street in Chatham, is the perfect vacation spot for your next trip to Cape Cod. You will be a short walk away from many great restaurants, including Impudent Oyster, Chatham Squire, Bluefins Sushi & Sake Bar, and Wild Goose Tavern, as well as a variety of local shops, galleries, a movie theater, and plenty of other entertainment options. In addition to offering a central Main Street location, our condo is just a short drive from a number of desirable Chatham beaches; Lighthouse Beach and Oyster Pond Beach are each just a three minute drive away!

Enter our thoughtfully-decorated second story condo to find a welcoming bright, open, and clean kitchen and living area with modern decor. Some features include new appliances, island seating, a large flat screen TV with sectional couch seating, central A/C, a washer/dryer, deck with gas grill, and two bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo, providing a level of privacy for each guest. Want to go shopping for shoes - just downstairs on the 1st floor of our condo building is the ultra-chic If The Shoe Fits boutique. Grab something new for your evening or beach outings. Such an amazing location with all the amenities you will need, in addition to being dog friendly, makes this vacation rental one that you won’t want to miss out on!

Great location

Overall, a nice little flat, perfect for a small family (and the dog if you have one). The location is amazing- right on Main Street and next door to an ice cream shop that is open year-round. The apartment is comfy and big enough. One drawback for bringing the dog- although the shoe shop downstairs does not disturb humans, my dog- who is reasonably but not totally chill- had something to say when people went in or out of the store.

Charmer in Chatham!

We travel all over the place and have stayed in Chatham many times. This properties location is fabulous! If you wanted you could leave your car parked for the weekend! Just step out onto Main Street and enjoy shopping, dining a walk to Lighthouse Beach! Adorable property! We will definitely stay again!

Charming, comfy stay in Chatham for family wedding

Great location - highly walkable to shops, restaurants and venues. Clean, comfy, convenient, modern, quiet - with all the Cape Cod charm. We easily attended all scheduled wedding events, plus saw other family & friends while on the Cape. Plenty of things to do and places to meet. Thanks for sharing this charming apartment with us.

Great location but place lacking extras

We loved the property and the location of the condo. Everything is within close walking distance! Neighbors very quite. What was lacking was all the extras that you come to expect with a VRBO. There was no coffee, no shampoo/conditioner and no detergent. Be prepared if you rent this place.

Wonderful Spot

Walkable to many shops and restaurants as well as to the beach. Having your own private parking is wonderful. Accommodations were clean and ready when we arrived.

Great place for our first trip to Cape Cod!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great. The location on Main St allowed us to easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. With it being our first time in Cape Cod, we appreciated not needing to drive everywhere. We were also surprised at how quiet it was inside the condo. We never heard any noise from, the shop below, traffic, or pedestrians. It was equipped with everything thing we needed. The only thing I would note is that we tried to use Instacart for delivery and there were places that said they delivered, but never did. Once we were there I figured out the places I ordered from where likely too far away. I had to cancel my orders. This is nothing against the property, but something I thought future renters may want to be aware of. Delivery availability in Instacart was not reliable. We found it easy to simply grocery shop for the few food items we needed.

Perfect beach cottage

This condo was perfect. Updated beach-themed spot right in the middle of downtown Chatham. It is a small space, but they make good use of it with two bedrooms and a huge three-sided couch.

Perfect location!!

Absolutely loved the location!!! Walked to everything. Above a retail store called “If the shoe fits” very quiet wouldn’t know they were below us, and it was busy. Very clean and well stocked. If your going to do any cooking you will need your own spices like salt and pepper. Would stay again!!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked nicely for preparing meals in. The only thing we would add would be a black out curtain or blinds on the door in the master bedroom that had sun shining in very early in the morning.

Fall Getaway

My husband and I had not been on the Cape for 17 years. The Del-Mar rental on Main Street in downtown Chatham was lovely. The unit was comfortable, convenient to everything and extremely clean.

Worked out great!

This condo in downtown Chatham worked out great. It was close to town and the wedding we attended at Chatham Bars Inn. Had everything we needed to prepare for wedding and travel back home. Enjoyed the nearby shops and coffee cafe.

Great Stay

The property is lovely and very centrally located. We were happy with our stay, but were a little disappointed in the check in process. We were told that if the property was ready early, we would be notified. We were close by at 2:45 and we looked in to see if the property had been cleaned and it was clean and the code worked. When we were checking out- the cleaning staff showed up at 9:58 a.m. while we were packing the car. It would have been great if we could have moved in earlier in the day.

Great location

In the middle of everything, and with parking! Very clean, comfortable condo. On the small side but had everything we needed. Gets lots of light early in the morning so consider bringing an eye mask if you are a light sleeper.
