Excellent location, excellent property for relaxing, enjoying a 3 min proximity to private beaches, friendly neighborhood, beautiful sunsets and sunrise. The property is comfortably furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and even beach chairs and towels. Just 15 minutes drive to old Town gives you plenty to do and to entertain for every day of your stay. The view from the balcony and every window is just stunning. Will definitely be back next time we are in Saint Augustin Thank you, Terry, for being such a wonderful host

Perfect for what we wanted and needed

Everything was as described and shown. Nothing about the listing is misleading or oversold. Location is great; view is great. Well-stocked with basic supplies (paper towels, dishwashing detergent ,etc.). Kitchen also has all the utensils and cooking dishes you might need. We ate in every meal but one and had everything we needed. Not shown in the picture, but there is also a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker. Terri is a great host and communicated everything we needed to know in a clear and timely manner. Also appreciated how all of the needed information for check-in was provided and simple and easy to access as needed throughout our stay. This is an annual trip for us, and we hope to stay here again next year.

Anniversary Getaway

We decided to stay in St. Augustine for our anniversary and look for a retirement condo. Loved the condo we stayed in. There was construction going on within the complex but our hosts conveyed this to us prior to arriving, even offering to change or cancel our reservation. They were the best owners we have ever dealt with and we have rented a lot of properties! The view was great and relaxing and was centrally located for shopping, restaurants and attractions. We hope we can visit again before our permanent move here. I would highly recommend staying here!

Book it! You won’t regret it!

We had a great stay! The owner manages the property herself and was very responsive. The area is excellent and quiet. The condo was immaculate with very good views of the beach.

A Fantastic Beach Getaway

This property is very updated and so comfortable, including the sofa bed. The large sofa furniture seated all 6 of us comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. Love that!!! There was a wagon that helped us get chairs to the beach, plenty of tissue and paper towels, dishwasher detergent, Palmolive, and laundry detergent provided. Nice closet in both bedrooms. We look forward to staying here again next year!!!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay! Very clean!! Had everything you could possibly need and then some. Complex was very easy to get in and out of, very easy access to the beach and a Publix and restaurants within a short distance!

First off Terri was quick to respond and very helpful when I needed to tweak our arrival and departure date, and checked on us during our stay, we appreciated that. We enjoyed our stay at Bella Costal View. Nicely decorated condo with everything we needed and then some, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, security entrance, and elevators. The beach access boardwalk and sand rinsing station was very nice. Condo is located in a nice area with easy commute to Historic St. Augustine. Would love to stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Oh, my goodness! Stop scrolling and book now. Absolutely stunning 2 bedroom condo. We loved every minute at this gorgeous location. I even contacted the owner to see if we could stay another night. I didn’t want to leave. Clean, well stocked, and truly one of the most perfect condos I’ve stayed in and I’ve done many rentals with VRBO…From Arizona, Colorado, Smoky Mountains, South Carolina, and now Florida! Floor to ceiling windows allow you to see the beach so clearly!!! Almost every room has an ocean view. I will be back!! The owners are truly the perfect host and hostess. They answered every question we had! Best. Condo. Ever. Book it and you won’t regret it. ❤️❤️❤️

Yes, stay here! Great location and views. Our family stayed here and we had everything needed. Beach wagon, tent, floaties, chairs, toys, towels. The beach was not packed and neither was the pool. Great restaurants near by to eat and close to grocery stores. I just can’t say enough about this place.

Absolute wonderful place to rest and relax

We have been coming to St Augustine Beach for over 30 years so we were looking for a nice place to just relax and rest. Teri had everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach! We have never stayed at a place so equipped with anything you may need. Great views of the beach!!!! Teri was wonderful from booking to leaving. Easily accessible!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Fabulous getaway

We loved this property. It’s a quiet, relaxing property with gorgeous views. We settled into a fabulous beach routine every day of our stay. It had great separation between rooms so we could have privacy from our kids after they went to bed. We will be booking again.

This is my personal property that I have been involved with in all the renovation and decor. I have had independent companies in the past host my condo and I was not happy so I decided to take this on my self and I am so happy I did! I hired the best cleaning service in St. Augustine to make sure my condo is sparkling clean and safe for all my guest. I pride myself on being available 24/7 for all my guest. I even sleep with my phone beside me!! I will do everything in my power to make sure you have a safe and wonderful experience at my home.
PS My husband is a local fisherman and can assist you with local guides. If you would like to fish inshore/offshore or even fresh water just ask me!
