Welcome to the Serene and Beautiful Muskoka Retreat!

Our 5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms Waterfront Cottage is located outside of Parry Sound in Muskoka on a private and quiet Newell Lake. With 8 acres of land and over 500 feet of waterfront, you can enjoy the peace and the beauty of nature to your absolute content!

Our "Resort" like property with spacious 3800 sqf and modern interior is perfect for people looking to spend quality time with family and friends, or a quiet and peaceful retreat away from the city - just 3 hours North of Toronto.

Our recreational amenities include lots of fun on a clean sandy beach right on the property, large dock, great swimming on clear water, stand-up-paddle boards/water-raft/canoe/kayaks/hiking trails/big fire pit for camp fires, roasting marshmallows and star gazing under the night clear sky.
With the addition of the new hot tub and barrel sauna, you can relax and recharge to the fullest throughout the stay!

When Rainy days call for indoor fun, cozy up around the fireplace while binge watching Netflix/Youtube on the Smart TV or on a 150" screen projector, playing board games/cards, or reading book, and getting competitive around the pool and foosball table.

Located within an hour from Arrowhead Provincial Park and Hidden Valley Ski Area, and one and a half hour from Algonquin Park, our place is ideal to extend your stay and explore the nature beauty in Autumn and Winter while keeping active with hiking, tobogganing, snowshoeing, ice skating, and skiing.

- 1st bedroom: 1 queen, 2 single beds
- 2nd bedroom: 1 king, with window overlooking the lake
- 2 full bathrooms with double sink and a bath tub/shower
- large kitchenette/2nd dining area with an island
- spacious living room with electric fireplace and sofa and a pool table, foosball & dart board

- accessible from outside with no staircase

- flip-flops, kindly put on when walking around the deck and before entering the hot tub and sauna
- swim/beach/sauna towels
- sunblock lotion (non-stain)
- insect repellent
- kitchen items: coffee pods (Keurig suitable coffee pods), spices, cream, milk
- paper products: napkins, facial tissue
- if you wish, a USB stick with your favorite movies
- indoor/outdoor games

GUEST ACCESS:
Exact location information is provided after a booking is confirmed.
The cottage is keypad entry, as the code will be provided closer to the date of your stay.

MAX CAPACITY (per Municipality By-Law): 10 people, does not include babies/infants under 2 years old.

OWNER ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY:
The owners/their hired professionals may need access to the property during your stay. We would always contact you in advance before accessing the property. The reason for access would be: lawn mowing, gardening, and watering of the lawn. We would do our best to be quick and efficient.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- There are security cameras outdoors facing the cottage entrance from the deck and the beach area.
