Private Five Star 7 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Cottage on 55 Acres of Land and an incredible view of the lake valley.

Welcome to Whitestone Lakehouse! Our 7 Bedroom, 4 bathroom Waterfront Cottage is located just outside of Parry Sound & Muskoka on Whitestone Lake. Our BIG family or Multi-family cottage (4000sq ft) sits on 55 Acres of waterfront property. It is a private, beautiful and a great place to entertain or host an event - 2.5hrs north of Toronto.

At our cottage you can enjoy being away without the bother of neighbours or noise. Pets are welcome and the property is ideal for exploring and hiking with dogs and family.

For the weekend warriors out there recreational amenities include relaxing on the Waterfront/Swimming/Boating/Hot Tub/Sauna/Canoe/Kayaks/Hiking Trails/Hammock/2 Fire pits for camp fires, roasting marshmallows and talking under the night sky.

Indoor fun for those rainy days include a Theatre so you can cozy up and binge watch that great show you have been dying to see. Kids have plenty to do - they can play the X box or use the Pool Table, Outdoor Ping Pong or choose from lots of good old fashioned Board Games & Books from our floor to ceiling Library.

SUMMARY:
This is the ideal retreat or entertainment spot for families, friends and groups looking for a spectacular trip away from the city.

*Events. Weddings and reunions are welcome. We allow events of no more than 40 people. (20 staying & 20 drop in guests) A $2000 event fee applies for groups over 20 people.

My husband and I booked the cottage in early spring 2025 for our wedding ceremony and reception in May 2026. We were uncertain whether the dock would be installed for the ceremony, but Kim worked with us to make sure we had the ceremony of our dreams! The cottage was beautiful and blew our guests away. We used the grand room for our reception and were able to move and store the furniture to set up the space the way we wanted. With Parry Sound only a 30 minute drive, we were able to order fresh pizza for late night. Everything turned out beautifully and we only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenities.

Very peaceful property and the hosts were clear, communicative and answered any questions (ahead of time and on site) promptly. The property itself was stunning - everything had been updated (appliances, washrooms, bedrooms, games room, TV, hot tub, etc) and new while maintaining a classic and warm cottage element.We were able to comfortably and easily host 16 guests and each one was able to have their own space and also congregate all together to enjoy meals and games and time together. I will be booking again for another large family gathering. Cannot wait to get back. The privacy offered at the property is lovely too. You have your own space and the nature is beautiful. We were there in the winter so didn't get to use the lake etc but we walked down to the dock/lake front (about 5-10 minute walk from cottage) and it was lovely. Again, can't wait to get back!

The lakehouse was the perfect setting for our intimate wedding!! Every detail was perfect, and the space was even more beautiful than described! We had the absolute best weekend ever! We booked Kim’s place for our small wedding and had our families all stay here. It was absolutely perfect for all ages and even though it was rainy there was still so much to do. The beds are extremely comfortable and the cottage is so spacious everyone could spread out when needed. It’s so well equipped with everything you’ll need that you really only need to bring your toothbrush. Kim is extremely responsive and so helpful through everything. We would definitely love to come back in the future. Highly recommend!!

Amazing stay

The place is absolutely fantastic. There is plenty of space inside the house and out, with games, pool table , hot tub , kayaks and paddle board near lake and lake side sauna. Kim is a very accommodating and gracious host.

The eight of us and our pets enjoyed a week at this lovely cottage. We appreciated having a place big enough for all of us and where our pets were welcome. Lots of space for everyone to relax. Games and books, comfortable beds, great waterfront with boats and a sauna, and a nice yard for dogs to zoom around. Day trips to Parry Sound and Killbear Provincial Park. Thank you to Kim for renting to us.

Great time had by all

This was a great place for our small elopement wedding. We stayed Friday to Monday with just under 20 of us. The views were gorgeous and we had the funest time! There was a lot of space for everyone as well as a lot of privacy. Communication was great between the hosts and I.

A Lovely Getaway

We had the most beautiful and perfect small wedding at Whitestone Lakehouse! The property was exactly as listed – stunning views, well-maintained grounds, and a charming, cozy atmosphere. It was the ideal setting for our special day, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a picturesque and intimate venue!

We had the most wonderful stay at this cottage for our wedding. The location was excellent — a beautiful, spacious property with so much to enjoy. From the pool and hot tub to the kayaks and private lake access, it had everything we could have hoped for and more. It truly felt like a retreat where our guests could relax and celebrate with us.Communication with Kim, the owner, was also outstanding. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made planning and organizing so much easier.This cottage was the perfect setting for such a special occasion, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect for family reunion/Celebration of Life. We had ages 2-71 for the entire week. This property was perfect. Lots of activities to do inside (table tennis, pool, puzzles,and projection TV). Outside, hot tub, beautiful deck areas, sauna by dock, great fishing and lots of waterfront activities. Table inside seated all 20 of us. The view is spectacular. Double ovens in kitchen great asset. Loved the beautiful master bathroom. Hosts are very responsive! We will be back for our next reunion.
