Nicely appointed throughout with an island kitchen, large dining room table, cable TV, Wifi and a gas grill on the upper deck. If that's not enough, there is a seasonal lakeview hot tub available, a dock to swim from and a spot for two PWCs. There is a boat slip available (no lift) and 2 PWC slips available for guest use. Located at the 3-mile marker of beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, minutes from the Bagnell Dam strip area, makes this a great location to enjoy all the lake has to offer! Please note: The hot tub will be closed from November 1st - April 1st. 3 cars can park in front of the house. Another car or two can park along the driveway but please be aware that it is steep. We do not recommend bringing a trailer to the house as the road is narrow and the driveway is steep. Trailer parking and ramp available a couple miles from the house (small nightly fee).
