Unbelievable 5 Bedroom 5.5 Bath home in Cove with a big view located at Mile Marker 19. If you are looking for a large vacation rental that sleeps 14-16 comfortably or two families, this is your home. House has approximately 4,000 and features 2 full kitchens and living areas. This home has a huge deck plus two screened in porches, one at lake side, screened in hot tub room. A 12x30 and 40x16 well slips are available.

This beautiful, welcoming home perfectly accommodated our large group of three families! Everything was clean, aesthetically pleasing, open, and comfortable. Although it was November, one of our nephews was able to bring and enjoy his new bass boat. Kids of all ages loved the basement living room, ping pong table, and hot tub. We even prepared Thanksgiving dinner and had all the serving ware and utensils we needed. Thank you so much!!

Outstanding place to stay with a group. Very spacious, comfortable beds, plenty of room to stretch out. The multi-level deck is very impressive, several places to hang out. Hot tub is wonderful! Had a great time here with the guys, we plan to return!

Absolutely Amazing

This home is beautiful and they layout was perfect for our family. This is our 2nd time staying at this property and we will be back again. My family loves it here. Swimming and Fishing off the dock and hiking and seeing all the wildlife, we even had our family picture taken this time! Highly Recommend!!! The owner was very communicative and made our stay "feel like home"

Great place for a large group!

This house was perfect for our large group of friends and kids. You can't beat a bunk room that sleeps 6. Every bed was comfortable. The king bed upstairs might have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in lol. Great dock for the group. You certainly get a leg workout with all the stairs. Kitchen was perfect and the fact they had two washer dryers was so nice. I think we found our house for our yearly trip!

It was a great fit for our family and all were impressed with the layout of the house/accommodations! Our family was celebrating all 10 birthdays for 2025 and planned to stay near or in the water for our 3 day stay, which we did. It is a great location for that, plus plenty of room upstairs and down; we used the upstairs kitchen/eating area the most for meals. It was just right for our size group and well stocked with staples we might need if we had forgotten to bring...we planned to prepare our meals while there and did. Host was very timely in responding to our inquiries. Only 'negatives' were some 'not so level' parking (we made it work once we figured it out) and some 'gnats' that liked the lights in the bedroom areas at night more than we liked them. I would not say it is not suitable for someone who has difficulty with stairs/unlevel walking areas from parking to house.

Large home, great location!

Plenty of room for 18 people. Loved the 2 living areas. Plenty of parking. Great dock and location! We brought boats with us as well!

the b and b was very nice, Had issues with the air conditioning and the toliet in the main bedroom. was a little annoyed with the parking situation. other than those issued it was a great place to have a family vacation.

Awesome waterfront experience

Tim was very responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again. The massive dock is great for swimming and hanging out. It’s easy to get to most spots on the lake from here. Plenty of room for parking several cars.

Great vacation!!

We had a wonderful time with our family. The house was just the right size for us. It was clean and comfortable. Our host answered all our questions and was very personable. Hope to come back next year . The Cummins Family

Great place for family time

The house is clean and huge with tons of place for the kids and adults to play. We noticed the upstair's TV picture was out and notified the property owner on the evening we arrived, he had a new 75inch TV in the house the next morning before the NCAA basketball games started! Our whole family was impressed with this property, we would stay here again and recommend for others.

Great place right on the water

Property was amazing! Right on the water. Beautiful weather. Super comfy beds plenty of space for 5 families. Host was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Left items behind. Host was very helpful in getting them mailed back to us!

Quiet lakefront stay

The space & layout of the rooms was great for our gathering of 3 couples & 2 single adults giving everyone their own space & plenty of room to gather. I liked the large dining table. The ping pong table had 3 paddles intact & a couple of broken paddles so doubles would not be possible. The hot tub looked tempting & smelled clean but we did not use it.

Family Stay

What we loved was the spaciousness of the house and large dock. We spent most of our days on the dock and floating in the lake. It was great there were 2 fridges and plenty of parking for 5 vehicles. The outdoor spaces need some repairs as you can tell the deck is older, stairs not well lit and considering a lot of steps to get down to the lake was a little concerning after dark. Cons were the air conditioning did not work in the basement. Owner did reimburse for part of the stay butbeing it was 100 degrees and very humid on most days, sleep was uncomfortable for half of our party. The main level is large enough for everyone to hang out but sleeping not the best. Regardless, we had a great family vacation and owner was responsive.

Perfect House for a large group

Big house with very large deck. We had 15 total, 8 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space for all of us. The main living area is perfect for a big group as there was room for all of us to gather around the couches and to all fit at the dinning room table. We spent almost the whole week swimming off the dock and really enjoyed the nice quiet cove. The deck could use some repairs as some boards were rotten. The basement was a little musty, but the AC unit had gone out and the owner provided portable units that may have contributed to the musty smell. There is a $3.00 toll you must pay to get in and out of the road to the property. This was a surprise to us and can add up quickly with three cars coming and going to dinner, pools, etc. There is an alternate route but adds about an extra 30 minutes to the drive. Overall it was a great house and perfect for our large group. We are already planning out next trip back!

Terrible stay

The owner watched us the whole time on his camera, which I felt was creepy. Nine of the amenities worked such as the jacuzzis and it was no light in the hot tub room! When I told him about the jacuzzis he lied and said it was just serviced the day before but I took pictures of blue tape over the fuses for both jacuzzis and it read "out"! Smfh! The TV in the master room in the basement didn't work. The garbage disposal didn't work, the whole time there, we had to use our hands in order fir the water to drain!! THE TOTAL TRIP WAS A DISASTER FROM BEING WATCHED EVERYTIME WE WENT OUTSIDE TO ALMOST ALL OF THE AMENITIES NOT WORKING!!!

Good location, OK house

Location is perfect for being on the water. Cove is quite, good swimming and boats are not rocking from wave on the main lake. The dock is big, plenty of space for larger and multiple smaller boats. If you are bringing a boat or two this is the location. The house was OK. The upstairs kitchen was great for large party size. The upstairs was definitely the cooler of the two floors. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. However, beds are not super comfortable. We had that complaint within multiple couples. Our bed actually caved into the middle. The bottom floor was very musty and sticky. It wasn’t even super hot super during our stay. We also found mold in the downstairs by the water softener. One couple mentioned water coming from ceiling in of the basement bathrooms. The deck out back needs some updating and fixing of boards. We could stay again but the property definitely needs some attention to fix some of the problems.

LOTO Vacation

At first glance the property is beautiful. It was nice that the rooms had onsuite bathrooms. When we arrived, we noticethe house cleaning had not been completed. There were trash bags everywhere and the floor hadn’t been swept. The vacuum cleaner was left out, towels were not folded or put away. The first morning we were there my husband showered (upstairs master). it leaked badly into the downstairs middle bedroom’s bathroom. We were unable to use our onsuite shower the entire stay. There were actually a host of minor problems, including broken pieces of furniture and the bathrooms were dirty. (Specifically in the showers and around the baseboards appeared to have not been cleaned in a very long time.) The downstairs kitchen area smelled terrible, like sewage. The trash situation was not good. When we arrived, there as trash everywhere. There were several cans, all turned over and trash was everywhere. I realize we were there during the holidays, but it appeared that the trash had not been picked up in some time. My husband spent some time on New Year’s Day picking it all up so that we could empty our trash before we left. I would like to add a positive note. The lake front deck areas and views were amazing. The dock was beautiful and everyone loved the hot tub. The owner did refund $200 due to the housekeeping, but, considering what I paid for the week, that really wasn’t much. The whole situation had me wondering when the last time the property owner has seen the propert
