This inviting home provides a comfortable and convenient stay, with local amenities and attractions just a short drive away. Located on a 1-acre lot, this property blends city living with a touch of country charm.
This listing is for an entire up/down duplex which contains 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You are booking both the upper and lower units. Each unit has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An internal stairwell connects the upper and lower suites of this property. For additional security, a door with coded entry is installed, providing secure access between the units. The door code can be provided during check-in, upon request only.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that there's a gentlemen that lives off to the side of the property in an RV. He drives a pickup truck and parks it on the back gravel road behind the property. He keeps one pet pig in a pen near his RV. He will not bother you at all during your stay. There are also some garages behind the property that hold industrial equipment. This home offers comforts of country living with the convenience of being near the city.

Any extra guests exceeding the base number will be subject to an additional fee of $15 per guest per night. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
