Wonderfully decorated in this non-smoking, no pets allowed, rustic lodge style, two-story 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is conveniently located on the heart of Grand Lake O' The Cherokees, on Duck Creek in a no wake zone. This house comes with a large 45x45 swim dock. For an additional $75 per night, you may rent a covered slip; tie ups on side of dock are free for your boat or lake toys. This house sleeps 10 guests comfortably. The master has a king bed. The upstairs quest room has a queen bed. Downstairs contains a bedroom with a queen and a bunkbed that sleeps full size on the bottom and twin on top. The smaller bedroom downstairs has a bunkbed that sleeps full size on the bottom and a twin on top. Two living areas with televisions, one up, one down, open kitchen upstairs with adjoining dining area, three-person bar seating. Parking can allow only maximum of 3 vehicles allowed during rental, parking is NOT allowed on the street. Suitable for children. This is the place to be for the July 4th famous Duck Creek Fireworks display, our dock is a front row seat! This is a family neighborhood. No bachelor/bachelorette/wedding parties. May 23-May 26 (Memorial Weekend) $800 a night-min 3 night rental. July 2nd-July 5th 4 night rental $900 per night. Aug. 29-Sept. 1st (Labor Day Weekend) 3 night rental at $800 per night.
