Jack's Brigantine Beach Retreat

Relax in an elegant and comfortable 2 story beach-block townhouse on the south side of the island. Leave your car in the driveway as you take a short walk (no streets to cross) through the protected dunes for the breeding grounds of the piping plover and sand pipers. After a 7-10 minute walk through the dunes, the dunes open onto a beautiful well maintained & guarded sandy beach. Relax and watch the dolphins frolic in the ocean at Brigantine.

Upon entering the 1st floor of the townhouse you will be in a grand room which includes a beautiful and well stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a pleasant dining area, a spacious living room with a wrap around sofa with mood lighting. Also on the first floor, there is a full bath with whirlpool tub and 1 bedroom with a set of twin beds. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. The master bedroom has access to a deck, bathroom and walk-in closet as well as a makeup area with sink. The 3rd floor loft has a day bed and access to a small 3rd floor deck. Each bedroom has a television. Master bedroom and grand room have smart TVs.

The townhouse is located at the southern end of Brigantine, and is just a few minutes from restaurants, tennis courts, miniature golf, “The Links” golf course, fishing, surfing and boating just to name a few activities. Not to mention Atlantic City’s world famous casinos. The Borgata, Harrah’s and Golden Nugget are just 7 minutes away. For those that like to shop, Atlantic City Outlets are moments away.

This a beautiful well maintained home that is affordable. For the enjoyment of our guests we ask … no smoking and no pets.

No rental to groups under the age of 24.

We really enjoyed this house, and would definitely rent again – it's pretty and has good space, nice kitchen and living space flow, plenty of kitchen dishes, glasses, utensils etc, very nice bedrooms. The provided sheets and towels are very much appreciated, thanks to the host for that. It's a quick drive to grocery and stores, steps away from a neat beach access path through the protected dunes that includes an overlook structure. When we were in the house we enjoyed lounging on the comfy recliner couch or hanging at the big kitchen table. The area is nice and quiet.

Great weekend away

My wife and her sisters stayed here. They had a fabulous time. Close to the beach and a lot to do in the area. The place was very clean. It was a rainy weekend but they still had a fun weekend. House was very roomy.

Great Family Vacation Rental

This was the perfect place for 3 generations to enjoy a beach vacation. The house was perfectly located for the beach and on a dead end street. It was the best stocked rental I've ever had. All basic items for cooking and cleaning were available. We had a wonderful time and I would love to rent it again.

Birthday Weekend

Loved the property, clean well kept close to A.C and the Beach. I had such a great time hopefully I can do it all over again next year. The owner let me stay late on check out day so we could enjoy the Beach a little bit more. Thanks

Easy and nice

Justine was so easy to work with. She was communicative and very friendly. The whole process was so easy. The neighborhood is great and we were greated by a friendly neighbor and his dog. We immediately felt safe and comfortable. The house is very clean and we had plenty of space. We cooked and grilled several meals and the kitchen had more than everything we needed. The walk to the beach is safe, easy, and beautiful. We will definitely rent this house again.

Exactly as advertised

The property was exactly as advertised. Owner provides everything you need for a smooth stay. Communication was very prompt. We really enjoy the location of the neighborhood, quiet and close to the beach.

great stay

good place . location a little far from beach. long walk. owner was responsive to small problem with shower door. unfortunately he charged us $30 for bleach a stain in a bath mat. We told him we did not cause it. may have come from the shower door repair.

Looks better in person than in the pics

We were delighted with the accommodations. The big open living/dining/kitchen was perfect. The beds were all very comfortable. The upstairs bathroom does need a little work but everything else makes up for it. There is a long walk through the dunes to the beach - but the beach was never crowded and the fragrance of the dunes was charming. We biked all thru Brigantine and loved the beach town vibe. We were very pleased with our rental.

Amazing stay in Brigantine!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house has an awesome layout, very spacious for our 3 children and 3 adults. The walk to the beach was pretty, through the dunes and the beach was large and not crowded. We had a wonderful time.

Close to nature

This townhouse is well equipped. The walk to the beach was lovely through a nature preserve, a flat, well worn path/road of about 1/2 mile. The wagon at the house made it easy. The wide beach was gorgeous and empty in June.

Beach get together

Condo was lovely and good for 5 adults in a safe area! The half mile walk to the ocean was too long carrying our beach items! We dined in great restaurants in AC and Brigantine. We had a great time being together there!

Good Family Vacation Spot

Nice house. Clean and cozy. We had a nice time spending a long weekend at this house. I think it is a good spot for families with school-aged children or older. The only issue we had was that renters are responsible for taking trash and recycling to the dump and the trash bags that we left in the trash cans out back during our stay were ripped open by animals. So, I guess we should have either taken the bags to the dump immediately or kept them inside until the end of our stay. Justine was very good at responding to all communication.

Rainy weekend, nice house, good location

Unfortunately, the weather was terrible for three of the four days for the visit from our family of five (two kids age 10 and 12, my wife and I, and my father in his seventies). Thankfully the house was spacious enough for us to all have plenty of personal space while being stuck indoors for most of the weekend. Having a ground floor bedroom and bathroom was great as it minimized the number of times my father needed to go up and down the stairs. The location is excellent. Access to the beach (by a few minutes walk through the access path through the dunes) is a couple of houses down, and there is a grocery store and other shops a short drive. We were attending a weekend long event at Harrah's in Atlantic City, which we were able to reach in under ten minutes. The block was very quiet (although it rained so much, I imagine the whole town was quiet.). On the last day we had a nice walk down to the beach and got to enjoy it briefly. We would absolutely stay there another time. Check in was simple and owner was responsive to questions via text message.

Autumn get away!

Wonderful family beach week

We had a lovely family vacation in Brigantine. The house provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was just steps from the entrance to the beach. Check in and checkout processes were clear and smooth. We had a smooth stay and didn’t need to contact the owners, but they were very responsive when we had questions prior to our arrival. We recommend this property without reservation.

A Great Place to Stay!

My family and I recently returned from a wonderful week's stay at Jack's Brigantine Beach Retreat. The townhouse was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and had a well-stocked kitchen. The beach access path was very close with a pleasant walk through the dunes to the beach. The owner even provided a wagon which helped to easily transport items to the beach. The beach was very clean, had a lifeguard, and many days we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. There is a gradual slope into the water without a lot of rocks/shells so our kids had a great time boogie boarding and playing in the waves. The layout of the house feels very spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and the beds are very comfortable. My mother stayed in the downstairs bedroom with access to a full bathroom while my husband, kids and I used the second floor bedrooms, loft and bathroom. We also enjoyed kite-flying on the beach, bike rides, ice cream at Aunt B's and a couple great take-out seafood dinners from The Crab Shack. The owner was very responsive to our questions before we arrived and made the check-in / check-out process very easy. We would definitely consider renting here again in the future.

Terrific home & location made for a great family vaca!

Beautiful home, very clean & spacious, and has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. We loved having the beach access right out the front door with a nice, short walk through the dunes to the amazing beach! The owners were excellent to work with and were always available to help with any questions or issues. We will definitely be back!

A short walk leads to a guarded but un-crowded beautiful sandy beach. We enjoy listening to the ocean waves and watching the Dolphins swim by.
