This is a large master Bed Room with Private Entrance and bathroom with convenience self check in. Guest will have 1 reserve parking in front of the entrance gate and plenty of parking on the street. The house is close to everything. Quite and safe neighborhood. It is ideal for business trip or vacation.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but wasn't able to.

On the "Up" side....The studio is decorated very nicely & very clean :) The bed was big & very comfortable :) The price was very affordable compared to other places :) On the "down" side.... Showers are a problem- the cold water runs way too long & gets barely warm & on some days there was no warm water, which means no shower :( The walls are thin, so you can hear people talking on all sides. Parking next to the garage is a tight squeeze & was difficult to get in and out of the driveway. We stayed a week to visit family, so we were gone a lot. We were hoping this would be a great place for return visits, but the shower issue needs to be addressed. It appears to be a multi-family home that may require an additional hot water heater or at best a bigger hot water heater.

Property not as Described

The property owner was responsive and worked to resolve issues quickly. When we arrived the property had a very unpleasant odor, no hot water, and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor when you repositioned shower head. The owner came out and re-cleaned the room, explained that we could not reposition the shower head because it would leak, and said they would have a new hot water heater installed. The next day a new water heater was installed which did resolve the issue of no hot water on our 4th day of stay. The unpleasant odor returned to the room on day 2 and remained. The walls of the property are very thin so you could hear everyone around you which made it difficult to sleep at times. This also allowed smells from other tenants to enter the room due to the door in the bathroom and the enclosed doorway behind the refrigerator. The property was very secure and in a prime location for Disneyland. Due to this experience I would not choose to stay in a VRBO again because the property and issues were not detailed in the original description and this property was grossly misrepresented.

Great Disneyland Stay

This room was perfect for our girls Disneyland trip. Our host was very accommodating, even had the cot ready and exact number of towels needed. Very clean and safe facility. Has a locked gate along with a code locked door. Only about 10-15 minutes away from Disney!

Great Master bedroom with King bed

Pros: super comfy King bed, nice shower with good water pressure, clean, clean linens, and owners were very nice and helpful Cons: parking My husband, 2 year old, and myself stayed for a long weekend and the room was comfortable and cozy. The bed was soft and big enough for the 3 of us to fit comfortably (our son kept climbing out of his bed and into ours). Only minor frustration was with parking. The photo of the parking in the listing is not accurate and we had to repark and squeeze into the spot that was designated. Otherwise, we had quite an enjoyable stay.

Great value for proximity to destinations!

The small-but-cozy bedroom/kitchenette was cute and tidy, and the bathroom's double sinks made it easier for two of us to get ready at the same time. The driveway parking was a huge plus, since street parking was extremely difficult to come by. Two days of our stay, another car was parked in the middle of both provided spaces, but we luckily managed to find a spot nearby. One night we did have some very noisy neighbors on the other side of the wall, but the rest of our stay was pretty quiet. Jenny was very prompt in messaging me back any time I had a question. This was perfect for our needs, and we would consider staying again!

Cozy place.

This was a cozy and quiet place to stay. The hosts of this property were sweet and made sure that my daughter and I were comfortable and suggested a good restaurant for us to go to. Overall, this stay was nice.

Quiet Stay

We enjoyed our stay pretty much. The water could've been hotter and the shower was kinda small but in the long run it was an enjoyable stay.

Not quite place

The walls were too thin, you can hear others conversations without wanting to. My first time staying at a room instead of the whole place and may just stay at a hotel room instead from now on!

Cozy and great stay!

Great Spot!

Had a great experience renting this place! Only feedback I want to share is the unit has some shared walls and being a light sleeper there were times that I woke up from the units next to us. Take this for what it's worth because I'm a mattress snob, but the mattress is pretty hard. I used my air mattress for 2 of the 3 nights. After a long day at Disney, you just want a comfortable bed to lay your head. Super inexpensive Lyft ride to Disney! Unit was very clean and the owners came by to say hi and bring us an extra blanket! There was no AC in the unit, at least there wasn't a control for me to adjust. They did have a floor fan Included that made a pretty loud not normal noise. I opened the window to cool down at night but the window had no screen. Just small things I'm probably being picky about

There were a few things that need work.

I was excited to spend our anniversary in this room and to go to Disneyland. It wasn’t bad but needs work. We found that the heat didn’t work and there was one very thin blanket. The closet doors were so hard to open and close there was no sense in using them. If we didn’t get there before the other renter, there was no Netflix, so no tv. It’s like it only worked on one tv. The bed was extremely firm as well. The other renter took our parking and we had to park on the street the first night. The owner did make them move for the next day. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the room, luckily. It was ok but would stay elsewhere next time.

Is what we needed, just a couple small disappointments

This was a perfect size studio-style room for a 4 night stay for my husband and I. We felt very safe here. We went to Disneyland while here. We loved having a microwave, mini fridge/freezer, TV, A/C unit, and fan. However, regarding cleanliness, we did notice several stray hairs when we arrived. The thing that bothered me the most though was the wimpy bedding. There was no top sheet, only fitted sheet on the bed. The duvet cover did not seem to be king size and was stuffed with a blanket, which made it really lumpy and well, wimpy. We ended up taking the blanket out and that was a little better. To the host: We would highly recommend getting KING size bedding for this bed and make sure both sheets are always on. Either an actual duvet insert or comforter, not stuffing a blanket in the cover. This would make a HUGE difference in the luxury of the place. It also wouldn't be too expensive to upgrade. Maybe even store an extra blanket in the closet too. Overall we still had a positive experience here.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here while in town for the PGF nationals. Room was great. Everything we needed. And the owner was easy to reach and super helpful!!!!!
