This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, townhouse located at Barefoot Golf Resort. You'll enjoy the peace & quiet of this golf community and enjoying the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 8 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and 1 queen in the 4th bedroom. (no garage access)

This townhome offers a spacious first and second floor layout that will offer plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi & free parking. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of a screened patio area off the back of the property.

The Havens has it's own private community pool & BBQ area. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.

Barefoot Resort has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse. Only minutes away you have nightlife, Casino boat gambling in Little River, Dancing the night away on main street NMB, Nascar speedway, Ripley’s Aquarium, Carolina Opry, Dolly Parton's Pirate Voyage.

Enjoyed property however driveway at unit did not fit two cars as noted per listing. Rental agency very attentive to our calls and requests. Would rent again from this rental agency.

Beautiful Getaway

Beautiful property and neighborhood, the pictures are accurate. BBQ grill was missing and you have to drive to the garbage dumpster, property only allows 1 car because there is no access to the garage however I will definitely recommend this property and rental company

Property was clean and well kept, only complaint was that one of the bedrooms has no electrical outlets or windows. We didn't expect that but it all worked out.

Wonderful accommodations. Excellent location Perfect for the four senior citizen golfers with the only exception being one of the bedrooms had absolutely no electrical outlets whatsoever in the room. Must have been a walk in closet converted into a fourth bedroom

Excellent 4bdrm

This was a replacement for a 4bdrm we rented but got flooded out the day of check-in. North Beach Realty got us this unit for us right away and got everything ready before we arrived. Oceanfront 4bdrm condo was a pleasant experience!! We will absolutely consider this unit in the future MB golf trips!

Overall, it was comfortable. The fourth bedroom was a joke. No outlets, no fan, no closet. The chest of drawers should be replaced. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay

Yearly guys golf trip

House was nice and in a great location. Having to pick up keys and take them back to.the office was inconvenient. Beds were not very comfortable. All the signs posted telling us what we could be charged for was unwelcoming.

It is comfortable and very convenient to the courses we were playing (we were not playing any of the Barefoot Resort courses). The only recommendation I would have to potential visitors, have all of your streaming usernames and passwords handy, as the tv is limited to streaming only. Otherwise, we will stay at this property again.

Memorable Moments

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Our vacation was really nice. The location is close to restaurants shopping and bars. But let me just State one concern when I opened the door and stepped in I didn't step in I slid in which is a safety concern. Also the sofas had a very bad odor to the point none of us set on them we set the whole time in the four chairs at the round table. The small room with no window could use a television because you still have a guest staying in that room it's bad enough there's no window so a television gives you something to watch. In closing I would only recommend to a friend and return myself only if furniture is replaced. Not cleaned, replaced.
