Slice of Heaven at Barefoot Resort is a new corner townhome with four spacious bedrooms, three full and one half bathrooms. The first level of the home has a beautiful and fully stocked kitchen, a designated coffee nook, combined living and dining area with custom American made furniture pieces throughout, a large flat screen smart TV including cable and Amazon Prime, and awesome views of the Barefoot Golf Driving Range and practice facilities, which is right outside your back door! Enjoy this golfer's dream in the 10x10 covered and screened patio with seating as well as an additional uncovered patio with lounge chairs, both overlooking the driving range and practice facility. The home's second level has a large primary suite with king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and smart TV. Also on the second level are two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The expansive third level boasts another large suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, games, and an alcove with a cozy reading area and desk. Each themed bedroom has sturdy custom locally made furniture, and CertiPUR-US Certified Made in USA memory foam mattresses. The driveway has ample space for four vehicles, and feel free to use the one-car garage for your golf and beach gear, and even a golf cart rental!

You will also have access to the sprawling North Tower swimming pool and hot tub, and the free Barefoot Shuttle to the beach during the summer months. The hot tub by the pool is open and available year round. Barefoot Resort & Golf is home to four of the best golf courses in the area; the Norman Course, the Fazio Course, the Love Course and the Dye Course. We are conveniently located near the clubhouse, and also just steps away from the Putter's Pub bar and grill. Practice facilities at the driving range include a putting green and chipping green. Barefoot Resort is located along the Intracoastal Waterway, and just across the bridge is Barefoot Landing, where you can spend all day shopping and dining. Public beach access is a quick five minute, two mile drive.

Amazing location for golf. Beautiful neighbourhood and the townhome was really pretty and very well kept. Only thing missing that would have been nice is cable tv. Katie, our host was very responsive and accommodating and provided good communication regarding the property.

Great Weekend Stay!

This property was perfect for our weekend stay! Great space that easily accommodated our 8 guests. The property was super clean in a nice/quiet neighborhood. Golfers paradise

This property is extremely clean, beautiful, convenient and very well equipped with everything you would need. The location is great for golfers and beach goers alike. There are beach items located for renters in the garage and the driving range is in the back yard and Putters Pub restaurant is within walking distance. Lots of room for our family and everyone had a great time. We will be back!

Great Place to stay in Barefoot Landing!

What a great townhouse in Barefoot Landing! It has four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen and living room are lovely. Big master suite with a large walk-in closet. The 4th bedroom is the crowā€™s nest located on the 3rd floor. It has its own bathroom as well. Our teenage son loved being up there. The driving range is in your backyard. You can walk to the Norman, Love, and Fabio courses. Rent a golf cart and drive over to all the wonderful shops and restaurants at Barefoot Landing. The host is great! We will definitely stay here again.

We chose The Townes at Barefoot Resort for several reasons. The location along the driving range we just could not pass up. We are avid golfers and the golf courses are each wonderful. We are steps away not only from the driving range, but also the Putter's Pub and the clubhouse is just across the street. Barefoot Resort also has dining options, including the Marina Bar & Grill located along the Intracoastal Waterway, next to the swimming pool. Just over the bridge is Barefoot Landing, which includes many restaurants, shops, House of Blues and the Alabama Theater. The famous beach the area is known for is a quick two mile drive. During the summer months you can hop on the shuttle to the beach that Barefoot provides. The golf course shuttle also picks up golfers conveniently at the Putter's Pub.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Being able to walk right out your back door to hit a bucket of balls is a dream come true for many in our family, and we think you'll appreciate this amenity as well. We have methodically and meticulously furnished the townhome with locally made beds and dining table, as well as other custom pieces throughout, including the built-in coffee and shoe nooks. We have been intentional about placing Made in the USA furnishings, including fiberglass-free CertiPUR-US certified mattresses in each bedroom. It was also important for us to create a serene space in each room, without having too many unpractical sleeping areas. Every sleeping space is in a bedroom with one bed. We truly love spending time here and we know you will too!
