You can relax at a pet friendly vacation home at one of the most sought after beaches on the East Coast. Pets are limited to two dogs 50lbs or less. The front porch faces the West and accommodates rocking chairs for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. This raised beach house has an open floor plan. Bedrooms and baths on each side. The bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. The two bedrooms on the right have their own bath. The two bedrooms on the left have queen beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The living room and dining area is a large family gathering area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for a wonderful family meal. Keurig and Drip coffee pots. The kitchen has all appliances and full size washer and dryer. Marble countertops with double sinks. Relax on the screened in back porch. It gives you a wonderful view of the Hog Inlet. You can hear the ocean waves and watch the tides change the size of the beach. A large grass and fully fenced yard offers an area for children and pets to play. An outside shower with hot and cold water will be refreshing after a fun day at the beach. A picnic table, chairs, gas grill and Corn Hole boards make for a relaxing evening place to be out of the sun and enjoy the cool breeze. Parking allows for 4 vehicles. Pets must not be left in the yard or on the porches unattended at any time. This is a quite neighborhood with full time residents. Please be courteous to our neighbors..
