Additionally, the washer and dryer are located in the closet in the dining room.

The 1st bedroom which is located off the kitchen and is separate from the other 3 bedrooms and has a queen size bed, 1 nightstand, 1 dresser, 1 armoire, and a TV. The 2nd bedroom which is the first door on the right in the hallway off the dining room includes 2 twin size beds, 1 nightstand, and 1 bureau. The 3rd bedroom holds 1 nightstand, 1 bureau, and 1 three drawer chest. The last bedroom at the end of the hallway has a full-size bed, 1 nightstand and 1 bureau. All 4 bedrooms have a window AC unit and a ceiling fan. Additionally, there are 2 full baths located in the hallway off the dining room. One of the bathrooms include a tub & shower combo and the other is a shower-stall only.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
