Mystery Falls Villa is a 1004 sq ft luxury apartment-style villa at LaFave resort located directly in Springdale— the gateway town into Zion National Park.

Mystery Falls Villa opened in June of 2020 as part of the ongoing development of LaFave resort at Zion.

Mystery Falls Villa features modern design and has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 2-6 guests.

It has 2 full bathrooms with walk-in tile showers with European glass doors.

The home features a brand-new full size kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, plus a beautiful quartzite island bar.

The living room features a dining table, Smart TV, and a queen sofa bed. A full size washer/dryer is included.

The private covered deck with grill offers stunning views of the soaring red sandstone cliffs of Zion.

LaFave is located in Springdale, Utah, the gateway town into Zion. LaFave sits only 1 mile from the south entrance to the main Zion Canyon, and features a Zion shuttle stop directly in front of the property. With the free shuttle system, you don’t have to hassle with parking in Zion or Springdale.

Ideal Stay

Mystery Cave Villa was perfect for our Zion trip. Easy to find, plenty of parking, walking distance from restaurants, clean, modern, quiet, had a nice view, and best of all, only 2 minutes from Zion National Park. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

We had a lovely stay at LaFave. The property was easy to get into, easy to walk around Springdale and catch the bus into Zion. We saw multiple deer while hanging out at the hot tub and stargazing

LaFave VRBO was an excellent choice for our visit to Zion National Park. The place was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Samantha was a great host and provided all the information we needed. I would recommend this place to friends.

Fantastic Stay

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The property was well maintained and had everything we needed. It was super close to everything in town including hikes. I do wish the living room had a bigger couch since the place can accommodate 6 people.

Need some kind of cart to carry luggage to suite. Have large suite available on ground floor. NOT easy for 80 yr. olds. Need at least 1 teflon pan for cooking. Spent 15 minutes trying to get aluminum pan clean.

We do have 16 ground floor units available at LaFave ranging in size from 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suites to 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villas. All of our second story units do require stairs, which is clearly stated in the listing. We are happy to assist all of our guests in finding the best fit for them and can be reached via VRBO messenger or by calling our property directly. Unlike the majority of VRBO properties we do have staff on-site to assist our guests with anything they should need throughout their stay. We are happy to help with luggage as well as any extra cleaning needs. We provide our contact information in your check-in instructions and have it posted in each of our 30 units. Great Location

Great location and amenities. Stop 6 to Zion right outside and restaurants in walking distance. Only drawback is this unit is close to main drag. Can hear traffic but willing to overlook due to everything else.

PERFECT ZION GETAWAY

Everything was as stated, the property was clean, well-stocked and has a great location, and the LaFave guide was excellent to schedule our daily hikes. The property manager was accessible and helpful. All towels, sheets and bedding- excellent. Truly a beautiful place to stay - we enjoyed the sweet touch of the hummingbird feeder on the porch.

Great Location with Minor Tradeoffs

The location of this property is ideal in terms of walking access to restaurants and shops; the only compromise is the traffic on the main road thru town (which dies down at night). The view of the mountains from the deck is exceptional. The only real negative is the acoustics of the Great Room...all hard surfaces do cause an echo; acoustic panels on the ceiling may be advisable. Firmer mattresses would also be a plus.

LaFave at Zion is Excellent!

Very nice, well-kept luxury villa with all the amenities and comforts you want and walking distance to several quality restaurants. The views are wonderful, as well. Highly recommend if you want something a little more upscale and modern!
