Private Patio, FIREPLACE, King beds, Walkable, right downtown!

Looking for a real "home, away from home"? This is the spot! We are travelers too and we want to make sure that our guests are absolutely comfortable and happy here. We are the polar opposite of a sterile hotel room. Although I will say that I keep an extremely clean house! ;)
From the comfy sheets, extra towels (and oh yes, wash cloths!), pillows, couch blankets, body wash, shampoo, fully stocked kitchen and a fantastic washer and dryer! You and your group will love staying with us! Our place is the full second story of the building. There is a private side entrance and reserved FREE parking for our guests. We are right downtown Springdale and you will love walking to dinner, coffee, shopping or just jumping on the town shuttle that's seconds away! From the moment you walk into Agave Suites, we hope you feel right at home.
Our apartment has an oversized master bedroom (with French doors that open to the private patio!) with a fantastic king size bed, large tv and a private bath. Not only that, the 2nd bedroom also boasts a king size bed (we didn't want the other couple you're traveling with to be envious). Our 3rd bedroom contains 2 super comfy queen size beds. All 3 of our bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses and pillows, ceiling fans, a sitting area and a reading lamp.
There is a full size kitchen with custom cabinets & concrete countertops. We keep it stocked with everything you'll need to cook those big group meals! Plenty of dishes, silverware, basic spices, glasses, cups, baking sheets, pots and pans, mixing bowls, tea kettle, coffee maker (x2), slow cooker, rice cooker, ice maker, dish soap, plenty of dish towels and scrubbers, etc.! Also worth a mention that there is a R.O. water tap in the kitchen sink. Don't forget those refillable water bottles folks!
There is plenty of lounge seating in the living room for all of your guests. We've newly upgraded our tv in the living room to a 65" big guy. So if you are the type that enjoys watching your shows while standing back in the kitchen cooking, I think you're going to like it here.
There are 2 full bathrooms in our place, each with a shower/tub combo, toilet and sink. Please feel free to look through the cabinets and drawers to find all your supplies. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, Clorox wipes or the hair dryer.
We do have a small rollaway type bed available. It is best for a child. Please request (if needed) at time of booking. I do not keep the spare sheets in the apartment, so planning ahead is appreciated! :). We just want you comfy!
You will truly enjoy staying here! The views from this apartment cannot be beat! There is a 500 sq. ft deck attached where you can sit & enjoy the Mountains while you barbecue on our gas grill (yes we provide the propane), have tea or cocktails, or simply look down around Springdale to see what's happening in town! This is such a fun location and an amazing apartment! We can't wait to share it with all of you! Cheers
