Gorgeous listing that has been updated in 2022/2023. Beautifully decorated by the owner who is a local artist. Walk to everything, including Pickleball!

This private home located in-town in the residential Country Club Estates neighborhood features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, outdoor shower, and sleeps 8. Roomy, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. The gem of this open floor plan beauty is the spacious sun porch. Two sets of French doors open to the large screened in porch! New furniture in the screened in porch purchased for 2021, new carpets in sunroom and family room! New home office in 2022, set up in one of the downstairs bedrooms for privacy. The rear garden and yard are perfect for gatherings with family and friends. Bocce ball and corn hole provided. Side yard has a beautiful English garden with flowers blooming all summer. From this location it is easy to stroll to the beach and town for restaurants, playground, entertainment and shopping or just chill out and let life roll by. Easy 10 minute walk to local pickleball courts! Outside Ring security camera on front and side door for your security.

We do not provide sheets and towels for your stay. Each bed will come with a mattress pad, pillows, and bedspread. There are several linen rental companies in town that will deliver and pick up and we can direct you to them. No pets, no group parties, and most importantly no groups under 21. This includes any adult renting the house and for high school groups. A violation of house rules is cause for immediate eviction.

We have a responsive property manager -- Rich Barnett -- working with us to help ensure we provide a top-notch experience for our guests.

There are two parking spots in our driveway and WE PROVIDE two parking passes for on street parking in front of our home and in non-metered spots in town.

Perfect beach house

We had such a great weeklong family vacation here! The location is perfect - quiet yet close enough to the beach and boardwalk that all ages could enjoy. The beds were comfy - kitchen and porch and living areas all spacious and pretty. We felt at home and at ease.

Family beach trip

We had a lovely week staying here with our two teenage kids and their friends! Walking distance to town and beach, and we spent many peaceful hours reading on the screen porch. Definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful weekend stay

We had a great time this weekend at Sea la vie. Our favorite part of the property was the screened in porch, where we ate meals and played games. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend this property.

A wonderful home for our restful family gathering

Wonderful and warm home in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and baths are updated, and the house has a nice open feel to it. Great having the parking passes to facilitate close access to beach area. We so enjoy staying at the property and hope to do it again next year.

Family beach trip

Wonderful home in a great location, with easy access to Funland, Dogfish, The Coffee Mill, Egg, Drift and some of our other Rehoboth favorites. The parking permits came in handy for days when it was too hot to walk to the beach with a 3-year-old. Would love to stay here again.

Great Beach Rental

Loved the house very clean and would highly recommend. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Only negative is the listing says check in at 11am check out at 4pm but once you book the house they give your directions with different times. As they did honored the 4pm checkout it should definitely be changed either on the listing or directions.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at beautiful Sea La vie. Your lovely home was spacious and well decorated with comfy sofa and chairs. Beds were very comfortable and the screened in porch was also wonderful space to relax or enjoy a nice meal with the large table to fit our family of 6! I would definitely recommend Sea La Vie!!!

Great Stay , Great Location., perfect trip.

Very nice home. Nice neighborhood for jogging, easy to get to the beach. One of the best rentals we have had. Everything went according to plan. All our needs were met.

Great Family Time

This house is a beautiful house with several options for bedrooms so that extended family can enjoy it together. The open layout downstairs allows for conversation, games, meals, etc. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed.

Wonderful Family Vacation!!

We had such a great time staying at Sea La Vie! It was such a lovely home with lots of space for our guests. The location was perfect. You can walk to the beach, boardwalk and lots of restaurants and shops. Quiet nice neighborhood with lots of families. The house was very clean and well appointed . We will be back for sure!

Overall great choice

The place was exactly what we were looking for as a home base to walk to the convention center and hit the bike trails. Walkable to some restaurants and shops. Quiet in evenings.

Very Comfortable Getaway Spot

Perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway for a few friends. Our group (3 couples) were very comfortable here with plenty of space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort first. The beach was only a quick 5-10 minute drive where we could just park our car and walk the rest of the way. Can’t wait to visit again!

Loved our stay

Beautiful, comfortable and artistic. Such a great house. Loved the gorgeous art, the staircase wall and the colorful furniture. Everything was clean and felt so comfortable. The beds are great and the bathroom upstairs has a luxurious shower and a skylight. Our kids loved the backyard and their bedroom. Hope to stay again!
