This 1 bedroom apartment is situated at the 2nd floor of an typical bourgeois style building. It is located in the heart of the historical city center, in a very quiet place.
Located only 2minutes from the cours mirabeau.

You will be seduced by the typical aix-en-provence charm of the old red terracotta tiles and its modern and idustrial style decoration.

The living room is equiped with a sofa bed (for 2 people) an harmchair-bed (for 1 people futon type), a low table, a flat screen tv, a small desk and a really nice fireplace (not in service).
The 2 big windows open on a small courtyard and a quiet street.

The convivial modern kitchen in waxed concrete is open on the living room and is fully furbished, (nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine)
all you may need to cook on an everyday base is included (salt, pepper, olive oil but also of course stoves, pans...).
You will be able to eat on the big counter.

In the bedroom, you will find there a big double bed (160 x 200), with brand new materess for a perfect night, 2 beside tables, and a big cupboard.
A window opens on the roof top and a quiet courtyard.

The bathroom is equiped with a bath tube with a great "rain-shower", a bath towel warmer and a vanity unit.

You have exclusively access and use of the entire property. You are at home.

You will be provided with basic toiletries, clean towels and bed linens, a bit of coffee and washing powder, hair dryer, iron and ironing table ect.


the flat, situated in the historical center of aix en provence, has an easy access by car and a few parking slots are availblae in the street
the public parkings les cardeurs and la rotonde are only situated 5 min walk away.
The taxi station of la rotonde is only 3 minutes walk away such as most of the buses.

Please feel free to act as if you are at home, respect the same rules you are respecting at home :)
Do not forget you are living in a building with other people, try to act as smoothly as possible by not making to much noise at night or standing in the stairwell discussing for hours.
Sorry but smoking is not allowed in the apartment, do not worry you'll only have 2 floors to get down to the street.
Despite the fact that we love them, pets are not allowed.
