Artistic, Vintage Modern Home with Pool, Central Location

Well appointed, creative artistic and modern yet vintage 3 bedroom (plus bonus room), 2 bath home, near downtown with swimming pool (heated May - September). Patio with gas grill, built in outdoor seating, space for everyone! 1800 sq feet.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, large built in cutting board and a gas stove. There is a bar for eating at, or hanging out at while helping to cook or just talk with whoever is cooking.

The dining room is right off the kitchen, seats 6-8. There is a dining table on the patio that seats 8.

The backyard and pool are shared spaces, we live in the detached granny unit, but the porch and patio are only yours. If you want to request the pool to yourselves for a specific day during your stay just ask and we are happy to comply. We are only home a couple of days a week so you will have a lot of privacy.

The legal stuff:
For insurance reasons we do not allow anyone under 18 at this property.
Quiet hours outside are 9 pm to 8 am.

Total number of guests for daytime/gathering is 9
No amplified sound outdoors
No parties or events
We supply 3 off street parking spaces and there are more on street.
We do not wash linens during your stay, and since you have access to the washer & dryer, ask that you reuse towels and bed linens during your stay to conserve water during this time of drought in our area.
