Great Location

Was a wonderful home to stay in, loved our golf cart. Only complaint is not having a parking pass for the golf cart. Now they charge you to park your golf cart in some places.

Luxurious house in a peaceful setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and extremely comfortable. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and love into the home. We were 2 families, and we had more than enough room to socialize together, or retreat if we wanted some isolation. The location backs up against the state park, so it was very peaceful, yet still convenient to anything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

If you’ve never been to Watercolor it is a must. We loved the community aspect of seeing families enjoying each other. It was nice to see kids/adults on bikes and the use of lsv/golf carts. If you don’t have a lsv then the trolley is more than capable to handle travel(you wouldn’t have to worry about paying for parking).The place is very well stocked for cooking. Though I would suggest a super sized stockpot for crab/shrimp boil and a steaming basket as we had to oven bake king crab legs. The grill worked great for steaks and burgers. They had a nice ninja blender for Daiquiris and Pina Coladas.The golf cart was a great addition to the place. It helped a lot to make runs to Publix, beach, and going out to eat.They provide a startup kit enough for a 5-6 loads of laundry, small bottle of dish soap and some pods for dishwasher. A bag of coffee enough for a few pots and a few filters. One roll of paper towels and all the bathrooms had tp with a spare. Other than that be prepared to bring any spices as none are provided and any extra above items you think you’ll need for the week. This place was very quiet and felt secluded from the busyness on 30A. There is a pool a block down from the house and it was very nice. The bigger party was at the beach club pool. The western lake was nice. I brought my fishing poles down and caught some mangrove snapper and fillet them for fish tacos. Caught about a dozen and they were excellent. Hope to bring family back next year!

Nice property however owners were onsite

The home was perfect size for our family and overall a lovely home. There was a welcome box with some household supplies which was great. The golf cart and bikes were in great condition. The only disappointment was finding out the homeowners were staying in the carriage house on the property. The mgt co did not make us aware and only shared the information after we asked them specifically who was in the carriage house (lights were on which tipped us off). The mgt co said they wouldn’t be a bother. We were extremely disappointed this was not disclosed in the listing, agreement or provided to us prior to arrival. We rented a home for us to have a private vacation with our family and having the owners onsite made it uncomfortable.

While the listing states that the carriage house is not available for rentals, during your stay, the owner happened to be in the area and briefly stopped by. Please note that the owner is not present 24/7 and does not reside in the carriage house. If she is in the area, she does not come out or disturb our guests. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we strive to ensure that you have a memorable vacation experience. Thank you again for choosing Sanders Beach Rentals! Nothing included

The home was nice, but literally you had to bring everything yourself including salt and pepper, beach towels, laundry soap and all. At this price point I expect more. And the rental company was non existent with every call going to voicemail. The welcome letter was all about rules and more rules but left out critical information like pool access, kept mentioned cards but no cards included only bands but no explanation for those. When you called to inquire, no person on the line. Also there is a large military base close by that frequently has bombing drills that literally shook the house! No mention was made of that either in any letters! It poured rain ( poured) 5 out of the 7 days as well. Would not recommend this area in the summer!

Thank you so much for your feedback on the home and the location! We strive to make sure each guest has the best possible experience during their stay. We hate to hear that you were not satisfied with the area. We send a "Preparing for Your Stay" email to all of our guests, letting them know that the home comes with a Starter Amenity Kit. We do mention in the email that you will need additional items, depending on the length of your stay. However, we do provide the needed items to get you started. We also encourage guests to bring their own beach towels. Due to COVID-19, the towel service is down and we do not keep spices in the home due to sanitation purposes. During the week of your stay, the Watercolor Homeowners Association amenity cards transitioned to wristbands. During the time in which you would have received your check-in information, the HOA was still doing the guest cards. The wristband work the same way as the previous amenity cards. We are so sorry we missed your first phone call. But, we are happy to report we were able to assist you within 30 minutes. In regards to the loud noise you heard, that is not something we were aware of. As you are the first guest to mentioned it, we looked into it a little deeper. As it turns out, the noise comes from was the flight training at the military base that is 45 miles away. It makes a loud noise when the jets take off. While we can wholeheartedly agree that this can be inconvenient, unfortunately, it is beyond our control. We value all customer reviews to help make each stay the best yet. We hope to have you and your family back down on 30-A again with us soon!

Loved our stay!

Beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen as far as dishes , cookware etc. loved the quiet location. Loved to golf cart . Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this home!

The listing was accurate and the property management company was extremely helpful. They thought of everything and communicated in advance. The home was lovely and met our family’s needs perfectly. No complaints. The golf cart and bikes were a great benefit too! We highly recommend this home.

Nice Home, great loacation

We stayed here for a week In July 2020. The house was in a great location and we could easily bike to the beach, Watercolor and Seaside. The management company communicate with us often and made the whole process easy and convenient. Overall, we were happy with the rental and would recommend it.
