Two separate cottages joined by a fully enclosed breezeway offers privacy and separate living spaces for multi-family guests. For cooler nights and mosquito relief, the oversized screened in porch is a guest favourite. For outdoor entertaining, the granite patio offers gorgeous, island dotted views of Lake Muskoka. A defining feature of this property is the ability to experience all day sun! INTERIORS
The main cottage has hardwood floors throughout, solid pine panelling and a massive granite fireplace. The second attached cottage (called the Pharcyde) has a wood stove and double height floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Additionally, there is a two story boathouse, with accommodations on the upper level, a perfect spot for giving older children some privacy, and a 23" slip on water level. Get there early to choose your favourite room!
