PROPERTY
LAKE & POOL PARADISE is located off of the Muskoka River and is only a 10 minute boat ride into Lake Muskoka and all of its amenities! The dock is nestled among the river bank offering great sunlight and swimming conditions. The cottage is located about a half a kilometer across the road which boasts amazing privacy due to its seclusion and large lot size. One of the highlights of this property is the massive backyard oasis, perfect for people of all ages to truly make the most of your surroundings! A pergola stands just outside of the kitchen door leading to the incredible backyard deck. The propane BBQ and a nice seating area with a sectional couch rest close by. A fire pit surrounded by 8 Muskoka chairs is perfect for roasting marshmallows and staying warm on a cool night! On the other side of the backyard is a wonderful entertainment area featuring an in-ground pool and a covered cabana with a flat screen TV and bar seating! Just outside of the large screened in Muskoka Room is a hot tub, perfect for relaxing and stargazing. Whether you want to swim in the pool, hang out in the hot tub or go for a boat ride on the lake, this cottage provides a unique experience!
