This Condo offers a Large Living/Dining Area, Open Kitchen with Island and Breakfast Bar for two. Master Bedroom is directly on the Gulf with balcony access. Washer/Dryer in unit. Located in Central Destin. Central to Destin Shopping and fun. The Resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Amenities are expansive in this vacation rental resort. Great stay on the beach

This is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean. Wake every morning and step out onto a beautiful deck and drink coffee and look at the waves roll in. This is right on the beach. Literally walk around less than 60 feet and you are on the beach. The host have been wonderful and they care about the customer. For the family just want easy and relaxing, it's perfect.

Amazing!!

The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. The home was clean and comfortable as well as nicely furnished and decorated. We had morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach and gulf. The condo is located near shops and restaurants without being on the main highway, which made it very quiet and peaceful as well as convenient. The owners furnished the home with plenty of towels (which is sometimes not the case) and extra bedding. All in all we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home immensely. We definitely plan to come back on our next trip to Destin!

Hidden gem in Destin

We’ve stayed at this property for the last few years. It’s wonderful and the owners are great to deal with.the entire process is clear and easy to follow This year they remodeled the entire condo, floor to ceiling and it is gorgeous. The view of the ocean alone is worth the money. I can’t recommend this condo enough and we will continue to go back every year as schedule allows.

View is STUNNING.

It will be hard to find a better view than what this unit provides and the cushioned patio chairs made sitting out very comfy. Access to the beach is simple and we always love Louisiana Lagniappe which is right on property. Though we didn’t need to communicate with the owners, they checked on us to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Another great vacation!

My family and I (wife and two teenagers) started staying at this condo 4 years ago. This condo is great. There aren’t any condos on this part of the beach closer to the water. The deck has been recently rebuilt. The condo is clean and well furnished. One of the best things about the condo isn’t the condo at all. It’s the owners. They are very quick to respond to calls or emails. They answer all my silly questions in a timely fashion too. They send automated emails prior to your arrival weeks in advance so you know exactly what’s going on. For example, an earlier check in time if that happens, door code days before you show up and some of their favorite local attractions and places to eat. As long as we continue to take a beach vacation we will rent here.

Amazing View with a great home!

We have enjoyed our week so much at this property. The hosts have been great at answering any questions we have and the condo is in one of the best locations I have found beachside. We will definitely be back again soon!!

Best view and location!!

This is our second time staying at this beachfront condo! The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the waves is so relaxing. The condo is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beach life! Also the amenities are top-notch.

AMAZING RENTAL

We LOVE staying here! The accommodations are perfect! The condo is right on the beach and has a wonderful deck to enjoy the beautiful view! We ate most of our meals in and we had everything that we needed! We are looking forward to going back next year as well!

Perfect setting for a week at the beach!

This is an adorable condo that looks directly out onto the beach. The crossover is a mere hundred steps away (yes I counted)! I just can’t say enough about this awesome area and atmosphere and I will stay here every time I come to the beach.

This unit has an amazing view!

We have been coming to Destin for many years, and this unit by far has the best view and location! You cannot get any more “beachfront” than this. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond.

PERFECT!

In the heart of the Destin beach scene. Less than 5 minutes from everything your family would need for your wonderful stay; grocery, retail, dining, souvenir, and adventures. Amazing view from the quiet condo length deck overlooking the beach. Check-in is extremely quick and easy. Parking everyday next to the condo is a huge benefit when unloading and loading. Condo has all the amenities provided and all the space you will need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Living, dining and kitchen are a very large open space overlooking the gulf. The extra vanity and sink outside the master bedroom is an added bonus. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. Watching all the families hunt crabs at night by flashlight is an awesome sight. Sitting on the deck every morning drinking coffee, watching the beach and gulf come alive; seagulls looking for crabs, pelicans diving for fish, dolphins coming up for air, charter boats catching their bait fish before they head off into the horizon to reel in a trophy fish, watching the beach attendants meticulously place the umbrellas and beach chairs for the day, and seeing and hearing the afterburner roar of a local fighter jet as it quickly leaves your view. PERFECT!

Simply the best

This is our 4th year to come to Destin and stay in this condo and it will not be our last. We come every summer and plan to do so as long as we are able. It is a short walk to the beach so even if there is just an hour window without rain you are able to walk to the beach and enjoy it. You can enjoy the beach from your covered balcony while you eat or read your book. It is so comfy and the owners make sure you have everything you need and are always available if you need anything or if you have a question. You simply can not beat this location!

Stunning beachfront view, excellent location and amazing owners/hosts.

We have been staying in 1158 for several years now, and it never disappoints. It is centrally located to everything in Destin, while being very conveniently located just down the street from Target, Winn Dixie, Walgreens, the liquor store, and many other restaurants and stores… all while being beach front. You can even take a water taxi to the harbor and/or several restaurants. It is always clean and well stocked. The owners/hosts go out of their way to ensure that you have everything you need for your stay. It’s a great place!

Perfect Vacation Right on the Beach!

We loved this condo which directly faces the Gulf allowing us to enjoy dolphin watching every day! The balcony is a great place to enjoy coffee while watching tons of dolphin the morning playing right in front of you! During the day and early evening many dolphin tour boats came right by us to see them! The beach really is just steps away, the sand is so fluffy white it squeaks when you walk on it. The beach service was a huge plus. The condo itself is spacious and well taken care of. Clean and had plenty of everything you need for a week at the beach. Beds are comfy. Plenty of items like trash bags, TP, paper towels, etc were already there, so check in first before you purchase all of this for your stay. I highly recommend this condo!

Last minute get-a-way

You cannot beat the location of this property! The beaches weren’t overly crowded which was exactly what we were looking for when booking. The unit comes with beach service for two and was very roomy and clean. Master bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was a bonus! Property owner was very communicative and gave us several great restaurants to try while we were there. Overall very happy, we will be back!
