Great Time!

Perfect getaway location for a couple. The view was outstanding and beach access was incredible. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Perfect Location!

We had an amazing time here! We stayed for 2 weeks and will definitely come back again! The bathroom is a little dated, but didn’t bother us a bit! Everything was so close and the view is breathtaking!!

Perfect setting

The location of this property is perfect for those who want beachfront ambiance. The condo is older and need of some repair. The furniture and bed were comfortable. We were appreciative of the beach chair and umbrella.

Great Stay with Chihuahuas

The apartment was perfect and right on the beach. I called in beach in/beach out. It was a very short walk to the beach and easy to rent a chair. The owner answered the two times we called and was extremely nice and professional.

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The deck with beach view is awesome. I love that dogs are allowed. The unit was spacious enough for 3 of us to stay. Plenty of dishes and stuff in the kitchen. Plenty of stores nearby. The pools were nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location!!

From the time we stepped into the condo we couldn’t believe we had the perfect place to stay for our vacation. The condo was just what me, my husband and Yorkie needed. It had The most amazing view from our deck and directly on the beach. The bedroom, the bathroom, the living room and kitchen was perfect for us. I would recommend anyone stay here if they want a nice, clean condo on the beach!

Exactly what we were seeking. Quiet, comfortable, and wonderfully pet friendly. Owners were extremely helpful with a minor issue that was out of their control. Beachfront and perfect weather. HIGHLY recommend this site and its owners.

Good Afternoon Michael In the last 3 months, we have put in a brand new shower, new flooring, new couch, new linens, drapes and other things. The floor in the kitchen is a 6" strip that is loose...contractors will return to fix. Not sure what you are referring to in the shower, but if there was no hot water...you would not be able to stay there. We will look at the dryer, have never had complaints. Deck is responsibility of HOA and they have been notified. Front door is made of steel and AGAIN, nobody has ever complained AND not seeing what is wrong there. If you saw one bug, we are sorry...they do get in no matter where you stay on the beach. We have a monthly contract with an exterminator, they are spraying as we speak. We are happy you enjoyed the weather and the fact that you got to stay directly on the beach! Nobody in front of you except sand and water.

Overall, I had a great time. There was no major issues; the water and electricity worked, the AC worked, the fridge worked, and the unit was overall clean. The linens were very clean and smelled nice. The TV and Wi-Fi were very modern and had no issues. However, for the price, I would have expected the unit to be more up to date and cleaner. The unit was about as clean as I keep my house, but the cabinets had old food stains and the ceiling vents were very dusty. There is a soft spot in the kitchen floor that was a bit concerning, and I had to fix the slide bar on the door to make it functional. The back porch gate latch was also broken and open the entire time.

We are happy that our condo was as clean as you keep your house. The housekeeper has been notified of the cabinets. Maintenance has been notified of the gate. I chose to own a rental property in this area due to the fact that my whole family owns property here and it is centrally located for anything I can imagine. It is directly on the beach and in a gated community with several pools, tennis courts, golf course and restaurants.
