Beautiful Quiet Bungalow / villa right in front of the pool, with sun all day Balustrades, ( Shaded relax area at back of bungalow to play games or have yr early morning breakfast or evening meal with a relaxing glass of wine ,new grd furniture up market sun loungers in wrap around terrace on 190m2 plot mostly new indoor furniture to high standard,leather L shaped sofa sleeps 2 + 2 x "z" Beds so can accommodate up to 11 persons, long table + 11 chairs 60" Flat TV + Android box loads of channels incl BBC 1+2 ITV 1+2+3 ample wardrobe space sea view from side Ideal for children or pets as you can see them at all times when in pool area, loads of room for them to play ball, racket games, play chase, ride bikes etc.1 min walk down to Porta Colon Beach,where you,ll find every water sport available to you and you,ll find a very wide walk way hugging the coastline as far as Los Cristianos one way and past Fanabe and onto the very popular fishing village of La Caleta with hundreds of bars and restaurants for you to choose from and many activities and play grounds for the children 1 min walk to Supermarket, Bars,Banks Bus Stops etc. 5 mins walk to Bus Station, Agua ( water ) Pk. Siam Pk with the largest wave machine i believe in the world and highest kamikaze shoot if your crazy enough to try it...!!! . Has doulble lift up bed for your items like cases etc twin beds and a 2 x singles that are designed if needed to make a double Has Separate kitchen with Freezer, Fridge,Microwave, sm. oven, Hob, Kettle, Toaster,pots, pans, cooking utensils etc Iron, Ironing Board, Washing Machine etc.

The RETURNABLE deposit for all adults ( no teenagers ) so at least 30 years old is 450 which we are happy to return on departure day providing no damages, no problems with neighbours or brake any house/community rules

Great location, comfortable accomodation

Good facilities, clean and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Would certainly use this accomodation again.

Amazing location and stay

Appartment basically speaks for itself the photos give it no justice as this was a 10/10 experience location was perfect location to get to restaurants bars and beaches but also perfect if you just want to stay around the pool for the day Everyone is so lovely in the complex i couldnt have been happier choosing this location and would definitely recommend staying here Well defo be back again

Super accommodation - highly recommended

Have just returned from our stay in Jane's lovely bungalow. The accommodation is spacious and of very good quality. Location was great and the pool, just outside the bungalow patio, was clean and quiet - like having our own private pool! Thanks, Jane - for a very enjoyable stay - we will be back!

Thank you for renting your bungalow to us. Good location, close to everything needed by us and the family. The children used the pool everyday and it was well maintained by the groundsman.

Perfectly located but the property needs an uplift

It was a lovely bungalow and perfectly situated. The pool is right outside the balcony so it’s great for the kids who need supervision. It really needs an uplift thought. All of the mattresses weren’t comfortable, all bedding was mismatched/ old. Don’t get me wrong there was plenty of it, towels included, but it’s old. The pots, pans, plates and cups were the same

Hello Sarah Thank you so much for your honest reveiw and bringing to my attention that one of our properties needs a re-vamp as the cleaner or the meet and greet lady has not mentioned this to us as I don,t go to the properties...I just book them out and deal withs the guests questions ect.....so I immediately went out and pucchased the neccessary items and will get them re-placed inbetween our next booked clients and yes I thank you for pointing this out and have asked our staff to let me know how our orher properties are doing in this regaurd so thank you and hope to have you as guests one day in the future in one of our properties

We have had a wonderful week here

I would recommend this bungalow to anyone that is wanting a holiday right in the centre of all the action of Costa adeje. We had a wonderful week here myself husband and 2 teenage boys. Jane the owner is fantastic, she is English which was a huge bonus as we are useless at Spanish. She picked us up from the airport for a small fee, and she is on hand for any queries you may have via the phone or email. I asked if there was a BBQ there wasn't, but bless her she went out and bought one for us to use. We had the pool to ourselves to use anytime which the lads loved. There is everything you will need including towels, hairdryer and a washing machine. ( I did take beach towels) the only thing I would say to anyone staying here is to take plenty of sun cream as my goodness it's a suntrap round that pool. :-)

Thank you Julie for taking the time to write this lovely review I,m so glad that you, your husband and teenagers enjoyed the BBQ, Pool, Sunbathing areas and the handy location of my bungalow so a car is not needed. I love to help guests enjoy their well deserved rest / holiday as It could be the only time that you can get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life trying to fit in working, child care and all other duties we need to cater for.. You mentioned that you would like to come back one day so I look forward to meeting you and your lovely family again....... soooooooooon I hope !!!!!!

In die Jahre gekommen

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt schön und die Entfernung zum Meer war für unsere kleinen Enkel kurz genug. Allerdings waren die Einrichtungen innerhalb des Bungalows mehr als dürftig. Alle Küchenutensilien waren zusammengesuchte Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Töpfe usw. Keine Weingläser, Biergläser. Die Handtücher waren reichlich, etwa 15 Handtücher in 15 unterschiedlichen Größen, Qualitäten und Aussehen. Das schlimmste waren die Matratzen. Sehr durchgelegen und Das Bettzeug war .... Daher ist es nicht unbedingt eine Empfehlung für nicht abgehärtete Gäste. Abgesehen von den 15 Kakerlaken, die wir in 7 Tagen erwischt haben, war das Wetter und der Pool sehr schön.

C'est du jamais vu! On a réservé le séjour en Tenerife sur le site Abritel un mois a l'avance, on a payé en totalité tout de suite, sans la possibilité d'annuler, et quand on arrive sur place, la gestionnaire nous dit ( étonné elle aussi) que l'appartement avait été loué un jour avant qu'on arrive a une autre famille. On a contacté la propriétaire qui nous expliqué que l'appartement était pas disponible la date de ma réservation, et qu'elle ne comprend pas comment le site me le donnais disponible. Donc jeudi a 16h30 je devrais trouver en urgence un autre logement pour nous et les enfants. Terrible expérience, je ne la souhaite a personne. Donc nous ne recommandons pas le site Abritel. Merci.

Sunny Halloween break @ Costa Adeje

Great property, fantastic location and good amenities with friendly support as needed. We were greated (and directed) by Klea who showed us where to park and gave us a run down on how things worked. The property description probably doesn’t do it justice. It’s super handy to a range of bars, restaurants and shops. While very close to bars there is no late night noise. Would give this place a solid 5 star. Oh by the way car absolutely not required!!

Vacaciones en familia

El alojamiento está muy bien por la ubicación y la tranquilidad del bungalow. La piscina está cuidada y limpia. Cómo mejora es mejorar los cubiertos y vasos teniendo más cantidad. La anfitriona es muy amable y aunque no sepa español nos hemos entendido perfectamente.

Lovely Bungalow, close to amenities

We were very pleased with the bungalow. Very cleary and nicely decorated and the wrap around terrace is huge. The bungalow overlooks the pool which was great to sit and watch the kids play. Jane was the perfect host, so helpful and attentive and just a lovely lady. And the cleaner Klea was lovely and super helpful with great communication too. We will hopefully be back soon

Needs new photos

I booked the property because of the photos and location. The location is fantastic, the property photos are not correct It said sleep 11 yet there was 7 of us and that was a squeeze. Some of the furniture showed in photos is not even there The bbq was wrapped in tin foil. Good points were the main shower in larger bathroom and location to pool. The amenities there are not free, internet has to be paid for, travel cot for a baby has to be paid for. Please communicate with host before booking, she’s a lovely lady.
