Beautiful wildlife sanctuary on goose creek with kayaks!

Located on the Goose creek wildlife preserve in Loomis Bay this is truly the sweet spot on Chautauqua lake. We are close to all the major attractions on the lake and minutes from the beautiful town of Lakewood and the Jamestown Comedy Center. We have a 40 ft dock with direct access to the lake with 3 kayaks to use. This is the perfect place to sit back and unwind in this natural paradise on the lake minutes away from Chautauqua counties major attractions.

This is a 4 season 3-bedroom house that will comfortably sleep 8, there is room for up to 3 cars (commercial vehicles and trailers can park at Loomis bay park next door) . We allow pets at a 50/stay per pet no more than 2. This is a fully furnished home with Central heat and Air Conditioning. It has a full-size washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. We have high speed internet and a Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney Plus, and Apple TV. I also take COVID seriously here and I have installed an air cleaning system that will remove pollen and all viruses including COVID 19 from the heating and cooling system. We are 10 minutes from Lakewood / Jamestown, the biggest city in the county so you'll have lots of restaurants, a mall, the comedy center in Jamestown and other entertainment options. The Harbor hotel, Wegmans and Walmart are very close by for your convenience. There are 3 Kayaks available to use. You are 15 minutes from the Chautauqua Institute and 10 minutes from Bemus point. We have a dock that is 40 ft long that you can park your boat and jet skis on (low draft only). There is a fire pit and seating for 4. There is an enclosed heated porch for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy everything Chautauqua lake has to offer!
