The Andros is our plus-sized 2-bedroom villa boasting nearly 1,400 square feet of livable space and amazing architectural details like vaulted ceilings throughout. The Andros includes a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa in the living room that opens into a queen-sized bed. Available with laminate flooring or full carpet throughout, our Andros villa is perfect for vacationers who have children. The Andros has a crib, a highchair, and two full bathrooms - the master bath has dual sinks, separate showers, and a tub. It also features a large and fully-equipped kitchen which has all major appliances and includes crockery, cookware, utensils, and glassware so you can stay in and have family meals in the dining area. Enjoy coffee, drinks and the views from one of your two screened balconies. Or, stretch out in the spacious living area and enjoy cable TV while washing clothes in the in-unit laundry room.

The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is located poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice cold drinks, signature burgers and fries, and more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
