Welcome to The Grand Panama Beach Resort - - one of the newest and all inclusive Luxury Resorts on the Beach and now Owner Owned and operated!!! Just the name says it all. Our condo is located on the 6th floor in Tower I which sits looking over the fabulous white sands of Panama City Beach. So whether you are enjoying the sunrise while eating breakfast or relaxing while taking in the glowing sky as the sun sets over the Gulf… you will see why the view from here is breath taking. Large balcony with plenty of furniture to lounge on!

Our excellently decorated unit has two bedroom, two full bathroom, walk in shower with seat in the master, bunk beds in alcove hallway with curtain for privacy. There are 3 flat screen TV’s(55” Samsung smart tv with sound bar booster in family room).. The furnishing are elegant, but has that casual beach relaxed feeling. We have tried to provide you with all the amenities you need. So whether it’s the fully stocked kitchen, hidden washer and dryer, or maybe you need to just press a shirt, you will find it here for your convenience. Also new A/C installed 8/1/19 and new Luxury vinyl plank flooring 4/20.

The Grand complex has everything you could want …. Two beautiful pools with hot tubs & kiddy pools, gorgeous gulf views, 300' of Panama City's world renowned white sandy beaches, Fitness Center, covered parking, picnic area with grills, FREE Wi-Fi connection , jogging and bicycle path around perimeter of complex and a elevated pedestrian crosswalk. Also, Pier Park is only minutes away with lots of restaurants and shopping.

The Grand Panama Resort is only minutes from many great restaurants such as Capt Anderson, Breakers, Firefly’s, Angelo’s Steak House, Pineapple Willy’s, just to name a few. Other great activities are Ripley’s Believe it or Not Museum, Pier Park (a must see), boat rides to Shell Island, Ship Wreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, Capt. Anderson Marina (Island cruise’s, dinner cruises, fishing) para sailing, golf courses, diving, adventure parks, and many more. There is something for everyone - - young or old. So come to The Grand Panama Resort and kick your feet up and relax! 🏖

Family owned and very loved condo. Newly updated with USB connections in bedrooms on night stand and in family room. Freshly painted with many new amenities. New all leather electric recliner couch den. Installed Schlage entry keypad. Guest can call 24/7 my cell with any questions or issues at condo.

Great beachfront location and close to everything. This property has the nicest patio of any condo we've rented in the area and is super comfortable for families. Kitchen is well stocked. Condo is walking distance to a .25 mile pier that goes out into the water that you can fish on or just enjoy. Owner is fantastic and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

Fabulous Vaca Stay

The Host!!!!!! I have never encountered a more generous and personable host which was very refreshing. The condo was decorated immaculately. It really makes you feel like you’re living it up on vacation with all the beach decor in the condo. We were sold on the balcony which was so cozy and relaxing. 10 out 10 and we will be back for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was spotless and incredibly kid-friendly, making traveling with little ones much easier. There were thoughtful touches everywhere—card games, checkers, and even baby toys tucked inside a chest that our kids really enjoyed.The bunk beds were hands down the best we’ve seen in any rental—sturdy, comfortable, and equipped with individual lights and side tables that made them feel extra cozy.But our favorite part? The balcony. We spent so much time out there soaking in the fresh air. The furniture was super comfortable—we even took a few naps out there!Highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway.Kay was so great to talk to—kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful! We cannot wait to book again!

So much thought and amenities

We love the beach, but it was hard to compare other condos to all the thought and attention to detail that was put into this one. Balcony set up was amazing, like an extra living room, the beds were so comfortable, I can’t say enough great things about the owner, very caring and one call or text away.

Wonderful vacation!

The owner of this property was phenomenal!! The condo was immaculate and charming. The comfort of the beds, new leather sofa with recliners and the outdoor furniture were the best we’ve ever had. I left a couple of items and I contacted Kay and she will get them to me. The whole experience was flawless!!

Great condo!

We had an amazing week at this condo. The condo was immaculately clean upon our arrival and so cute! The kitchen was very well supplied with dishes and cooking supplies. Everything we could have needed and more. The view from the patio was awesome. We spent many hours relaxing on the comfy furniture out there. Beach access and pool were great! Kay was a great host. Super attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend

I highly recommend this unit and renting from Kay. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and get to know. She is very detailed and helpful. I loved the location on the property and unit location to the beach & parking. Super easy to navigate. The unit is very stylish and cozy. The beds and very comfortable. My favorite spot was the breathtaking views from the balcony. The unit was clean and had everything I needed. I loved the beach chair service & tiki bar. The buffalo shrimp basket was my favorite! Super close to pier park. The beach and ocean is super clean and fun to swim in the crystal clear water! I did see jelly fish but they don’t sting. So it was a relaxing fun beach experience. I absolutely can’t wait to come stay at Kay’s place again. I got to spend wonderful time with my husband and brother.

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay at T-1 603! Kay is wonderful to work with and gave us lots of tips and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the patio! It’s so relaxing any time of day. Kay pays close attention to detail when it comes to what beach goers need. The condo is beautifully decorated and we had so much fun. Thank you Kay for everything! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the elevators. Crowded and long wait times. But, we were there during a holiday week.

Amazing!

We stayed on PCB for a softball tournament. The owner of the condo was so helpful, she went out of her way to make sure we knew the best way to get to the complex! Fully stocked kitchen! Amazing views! The balcony was our favorite place to sit! Being in the 6th floor made getting to and from parking easy. We would usually just take the stairs, only 1 flight to the parking lot! So handy on days when the elevator was backed up! The owner, Kay, was so nice to work with. She’s always available to help answer questions and does her best to make sure your stay is a great one!

Perfect in every way

Stayed in this beautiful beachfront paradise for a week in late June. We booked about 5 months in advance, and had numerous text conversations with Kay (owner) over that time. She is so fun, personable, quick to reply, and provides a wealth of information if you need it. The photos of the property accurately reflect the elegance of the unit, but you can’t truly appreciate it until you get there and absorb all the unique furnishings and cool beach decor. The 6th floor location is perfect - high enough to have privacy, but low enough to hear the waves crashing. Never had an issue with elevators, and the resort staff were always cleaning and maintaining the grounds immaculately. The unit is stocked with too many conveniences to list - you really just need your food/beverages, and some laundry/dishwasher pods. We’ve stayed near the pier park before, and found we liked this location much better, since it’s much less congested/busy. It’s only about a 10-15 minute drive there using the back beach road, for when you do want to go there and shop. The beach is amazing, of course. If you elect to bring your own tent/chairs, the land to the west of the resort is vacant, so it’s always easy to find a close spot to set up. Thanks for providing such an awesome place to stay!

1st Gulf Vacation

The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. This is by far the best decorated condo we have ever stayed at. The amenities in the condo are extensive. I do not just mean dishes and pots but little things you might need. We more than once said I wish we had brought … only to find one in a drawer or cabinets. I cannot say enough about the comfort of the covered balcony. We had 4 adults and 2 kids but never felt like we needed more space either inside or out. The communication from the owner Kay was amazing. She regularly checked in with us prior to, during and after our visit including very much helpful information about the unit, complex, restaurants, attractions and if all was as expected. The Grand Panama is located in the middle of everything. We had no more than a 15-minute drive to anything we decided to do, usually much less. Plenty of beach for all to go around and only a short walk to the pier. If you bring your own beach chairs, be sure to get up early to reserve a good spot. If you rent chairs, I suggest you pay extra for the wooden chair vs the plastic loungers. The wooden will be placed front row by the water with no one in front of you, while the lounger will leave room for people to set up between you and the water. Did have issue with an elevator being down but it was manageable. Being on the 6th floor leaves only one flight of stairs to the walkover to the parking garage. Hope you can see this is a great rental for you to get if you can. We plan on a return trip and stay here again when we do.

The condo is exactly as pictured and has everything you would need. The location is wonderful witg a gorgeous view of the pool / beach / ocean. BEYOND WORDS - BEAUTIFUL AND BLESSED! THE OWNERS OF THIS CONDO CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR STAY!!!

#1. The owner, Kay, is an angel and is totally available to communicate to with any questions, concerns and/or info. She is professional and at the same time, down-to-earth. As the point person for my extended family stay, she still took interest in every member of my family having a comfortable and great time! That helped me relax even more - especially as I was bringing my elderly, arthritic parents. #2. The condo itself was TOP NOTCH - clean - YES! But also filled with elegance of coastal decor and quality supplies (Kitchen Aid brands in kitchen, marble, thick towels, incredibly comfortable mattresses and pillows, etc)! *Included cozy blankets for the leather couch. **The balcony was exquisite! We were in heaven hanging out there with that 6th floor view and watching sunsets from it. Extra/plenty of balcony seating for 6+ people. Very spacious! ***ADDITIONALLY! Big plus was condo was lightly supplied with extras that many others often don't: soaps, dishwashing liquids, laundry pods/dryer sheets, paper towels, etc. This way, renters didn't need to rush out immediately for such supplies on the first move-in day/afternoon. (Appreciated since we drove a long way and were tired at check-in)! #3. Grand Panama Resort: Beautiful overall. Parking was covered! Elevators were fast. Overall cleanliness was kept. The beachside pool/Tower 1 was not crowded... hot tub was sometimes crowded but acceptable. Nice little kiddie pool. PLUS, additional heated pool and hot tub in Tower 2. We utilized the workout room in Tower 2 and that was clean and appreciated. There is a convenient shop for renters in Tower 2. Tiki/food/drink Bar by Tower 1 was wonderful. Beach access was elegant and of course the beach was awesome. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I could go on! But, I will stop here with those 3 large, elaborate points. Last FYI: My family and I have taken vacations for over 35+ years at PCB. We booked last minute at this new place for us. We truly felt blessed to stay at this condo and come to know this owner, Kay. We hope if you rent here - you will enjoy it as much as we did! =)

Condo Gem in Panama City Beach

The condo is well-furnished with everything that you need. If you're flying to PCB, there are coolers, chairs, a wagon and beach toys to use. The condo is spotless and well-maintained. The master bedroom has a large bathroom and its own private door to the balcony. The balcony is an outdoor living space with comfortable patio furniture. The view from the 6th floor is amazing! We spent a lot of time there. The location is right on the beach and a large pool is below. Kay, the property owner, is a great communicator and responds to inquiries very quickly. You'll have a great time if you stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Experience & Family Vacation

Kay was a phenomenal host. Exceeded all expectations. The condo is beautiful and the pictures are 100% accurate. The kids loved the bunk bed area. To top it off, the outdoor deck seating area is amazing. We spent many hours on the deck enjoying the gulf view & sunsets sets. The beach is amazing and the kids split their time between the beach and pool. I would highly recommend this property. We plan to go back! Thank you Kay for everything!! It was a very memorable family vacation.

This condo was everything we hoped it would be! The unit was just as the pictures showed. It was clean, the accommodations comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was beautifully decorated. And the owner was so wonderful to work with! She communicated with us before we arrived and after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and even provided very helpful information about the area. A little slice of heaven...

The condo was pristine and beautifully decorated. The association did an superb job of maintaining the property (no trash, pool decks cleaned daily, etc) and sanitizing high contact areas. Kay was very easy to communicate with and even checked in with us a few times throughout our stay to make sure every thing was up to par. Condo was well stocked (plenty of plates, cups, utensils, pots, etc), all the amenities of home but with white sand beaches and emerald water just steps from the elevator. We will be back soon!

Great week in PCB

The unit was great and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and had no issues during the week. We highly recommend staying in this unit if vacationing in PCB.
